Specsmakers - Koramangala, Bengaluru

I originally visited this shop when my wife needed to get her glasses fixed which that did without any charge. I checked the prices and they seemed quite reasonable. So when I needed new spectacles, I decided to purchase from there. The staff were quite helpful and they did an eye test when I was there to get the exact specifications. I decided to go with a lightweight frame which is a first for me. Overall, I had a good experience at this store.

Horrible service and employees. I got specs from them with a guarantee that I will have them in 3 days. They will say they will call but the number is most of the time unreachable and they will never call unless we are desperate to reach and somehow catch them. I got that 3 day guarantee order in 7 days… The specs I got then broke in 1 month without me doing anything. I came back to exchange it and they said oh this glass for rimless won’t work (but how will I know if they don’t, as employees inform me this?). Anyways, gave that for fixing and told them im traveling in a week so I need it- she said she will "call" asap, and 7 days later it’s my flight and she’s saying I will not be able to get them until Wednesday. Now what will I do? They have no answers, only give problems. I highly suggest you DO NOT buy specs maker- they will waste ur time and bring out a very bad side in u.

Unprofessional staff during my visit. She called someone else and informed that my specs is ready. Meanwhile I was waiting to get the call. When i visited the shop after two days she has given the brocken specs. When i showed her that this is broken she is telling that technician is not here today you can get it fixed from any other shop. I was laughing inside . The Fun part is I don't see my name in the Bill , it was written something else.

Was a good experience coming here and ordering spects from this store and it's been 7/8 years i have been using specsmakers brand. I always had good experience using this specs. Ambience is good and accessible location to Koramangala Area. Staff are good and very well behaved.

Based on my observations, both Mr. Saddam and Mr. Prakash are highly professional and knowledgeable salespersons who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. They have a thorough understanding of the products offered by Specksmaker and are able to assist customers in finding the perfect pair of spectacles to meet their needs.

I had visited this shop and purchased spectacles. I got my specs for one and one offer with high quality lenses and happster frames. It's my first time visit in specmakers. Staffs are helping to select frames and tracking and delivered the order within timeline. Thank you

One of the best speacs, are available. Ordered speac 3 days back and received soon. Environment was cool and good. Mahesh was very professional and solved all the doubts, and explained the the features in speacs clearly. Keep it.
