We’ve had a wonderful experience with my daughter’s speech therapy sessions here. From the very beginning, the therapist set clear goals and communicated them transparently, which gave us confidence and clarity. Each session was purposeful, with targeted outcomes based on a well-defined plan—no unnecessary extensions or vague timelines.

What stood out most was the therapist Prateek’s commitment to progress without pressure. The approach was structured yet empathetic, and we saw meaningful improvements within the expected number of sessions. My son has got speech delay and is now 5 years old. We started the therapy around 3 months back and now we started seeing some good improvements as he is using some words more frequently.
His tips are of great help and we would see better results if we follow his instructions correctly.

EDIT – The doctor is extremely rude as you can see from his response below. He also message me in a harsh way on whatsapp which is disappointing when a patient is trying to seek appointment.
The doctor cancelled our appointment twice on Saturday and Sunday due to which we had to cancel our other plans on weekends. We felt like our time wasn’t valued. I don’t recommend this clinic for others who value their time.

Prateek is a very good speech therapist. He understands the kid so very well. His teaching technique is very effective. We have seen so much of improvement in our kid. Highly recommend him for speech therapy. We are very lucky to found him. He has guided us over the years and taught us methods of how to handle our kid. He’s very dedicated towards his work.

Prateek sir is one of the best. He is the only therapist who takes real interest in the children than money. I went to that centre for my child they responded well and explained about my child.They spoke softly then I sent my daughter to that centre now I am seeing the development of my child…… And happy with the improvements

Briefly, It’s day care for developmental delay and special kids. No transparency, no standards, no therapy, no discussions with parents and no proper assessment. All reviews are not genuine, you will realise once you opt for their services. I am not against this centre but pls try to help parents who are already going through a lot.

I was taking my son to a different service therapy centre for almost 10 months which was very good but far from my home. So I visited this centre through Google research. At first I regretted not finding it earlier by seeing its rating. After visiting the centre I felt the infrastructure is very poor but I still didn’t judge their services by visual impression. The initial discussion itself confused me about the whole therapy process. Still I kept faith in Mr Pooazhagan and team. Their fee is higher than the previous therapy centre and I didn’t get individual therapies as I wanted. Still I opted for the Early invention program with no option by hoping it will help my kid. After opting program, for everything I should call and follow up with admin. They didn’t share his observation details until I asked repeatedly and didn’t share therapist details, didn’t discuss progress.They said progess review happens every 45 days which also didn’t happen. Parents without prior knowledge on therapies definitely don’t understand anything and they are clueless about what’s happening.

After all, I need to see my son to be better but instead of progress, he regressed and became more adamant. His behaviour got changed and did not sleep properly. This centre didn’t allow me to monitor therapies from the office room via CC TV for one day. How any parent understand what is happening every day inside. Simply paying money and taking rest for 2 hrs feels good but when you don’t see positive results it’s not worth.

Though the staff is polite and kids friendly but they don’t have proper guidance, process and management.

The staff at Dr. Poova’s always involve us in goal-setting meetings, so we know exactly what to expect each month.

My name is Jitendra kumar. I am from Delhi. I feel that my voice hoarseness problem in April 2025. Then I visit ENT doctor . Doctor do endoscopy and tell me that my left vocal cord is paralysis and suggest me for speech therapy.

A Heartfelt Thanks to Magpie
I’m quite late in writing this review, but our gratitude towards Magpie is immense. We are truly indebted to them.
We approached Magpie when our son was 3 years old and still not speaking. They recommended an initial assessment and assigned a speech therapist. Unfortunately, due to the second wave of COVID, we had to pause therapy for about 4–5 months. However, the techniques they had shared during the initial sessions were helpful. One day, out of the blue, our son counted up to five — a moment that gave us immense hope.
When we resumed therapy, a new therapist was assigned (I’ll refrain from naming her unless Magpie permits). She was nothing short of a blessing. Within days, she connected beautifully with our son, understood his needs, and conducted engaging sessions. She also involved us during the last 10 minutes of each session and gave us homework to reinforce learning at home. Slowly but surely, his speech began to develop.
After about 8 months, we enrolled our son in a nearby Montessori school. While the school was supportive, its quiet environment and minimal encouragement didn’t align well with our therapist’s approach, which emphasized celebrating every small achievement. Despite her efforts to communicate with the teachers, we noticed that the environment wasn’t helping his speech progress. So, we moved him to a more traditional school — but this came with its own challenges. The school was academically intense, even for UKG students, and our son struggled with the workload and confidence.
Throughout this time, we continued therapy with Magpie and the same therapist. We witnessed steady progress in his speech, step by step. We were also educated on speech development, received helpful videos, and were encouraged to stay actively involved. The work-from-home setup allowed us to dedicate more time, knowing that early intervention — especially before age 6 — was crucial.
Over 1.5 years, we saw remarkable improvement. Magpie also organized activity sessions to help children socialize and learn everyday concepts, which was especially helpful for our shy and hesitant son. They have very good quantified way of showing how far is the kid from normal kid in a graphical way which imprints in your mind and you continue putting efforts. While his speech reached the level of his peers, his confidence was still low due to the school environment.
Then came a turning point — we found a wonderful school, Absorbent Mind near JP Nagar. We repeated a class for our son, and the school took care of everything. Slowly, his confidence grew, his hesitation faded, and by age 6, he was doing good. We were so happy to see him presenting to all many other parent for about 10 minutes multiple time in an exhibition arranged by school.

We highly recommend Magpie to anyone seeking speech therapy for their child and set all the foundation. But be prepared — it requires full commitment, patience, and active involvement from parents. Magpie was like a second home for our son, and he was always happy to go there. Special thanks to Ms. Namrata Pie, who was incredibly supportive throughout our journey.

Hi All, I’m writing this review after interaction with these absolutely delightful professionals. Right from the first contact Ms. Anshu called and explained very patiently and I was immediately confident of their services without strings attached . Just pure service is what I recieved! They promptly came and tested my father and were discrete and respectable to us . They were very well aware and sensitive about wearing mask and using sanitized head sets and equipment keeping in mind the Covid times.
It was a pleasure to do business with these people.
I would highly recommend either visiting their facility in Jayanagar 9th block or calling them home for the test.

****BEWARE********Please beware for those who want to go to Rehear for services from now on.Audiologist Thansi is not with Rehear anymore and all the services end with this.We wanted to give the our hearing aid for service.We tried reaching them for a week continuously,their official number does not exist ,they don’t respond on email nor on whatsapp.When we tried to go there physically, the clinic was closed and got to know from the building owner that they aren’t opening the clinic at all.

I tried contacting the Resound HA Mumbai office and got the Rehear owner number somehow .I kept on trying to reach him for 2 days ,he would either decline the call or not respond.Finally on whatsapp he responded and asked me to contact the Mumbai office for services .Over this he said that the clinic is closed for renovation which is too good to be true.
If this is the case ,then why is there no notice or a board in front of their clinic with this message to the customers? Why is the phone number non existent?
Why is there no reply on email?

Shahnaz ,the owner of rehear speech and hearing clinic hardly cares when I told him that I would log a complaint .

People,please beware and think twice before going to Rehear for any services from now on.

Also,we have to pay from our pocket for the services that we would have got for free from the clinic we’d bought from since we need to approach a different clinic now

I had a voice difficulty after my heart operation as my vocal folds weren’t meeting to create a sound. I was referred to Dr.Mereen at Samvad Institute for therapy. The Dr was very systematic with the therapy and continuously followed up with me to do my daily vocal therapy. After about 8 weekly therapy sessions and multiple on line sessions my voice has improved greatly and should be back to normal soon.

I went there after a vocal cord surgery. Dr. Mereen Rose Babu, over just a few sessions, restored my voice to a very large extent. Apart from the techniques she teaches, her positive attitude is very helpful.

Let me take this opportunity to thank Radhika Mam for driving this institution, Nayanthara mam for all her hardwork imparting therapies and a special mention to Ayesha mam for time and again guiding, instilling confidence in us.

Had an amazing experience with the entire staff of Ear2Hear. The audiologists were calm and patient throughout the entire procedure. They gave a lot of time to get the procedure done. They also ensured that my privacy is maintained while I fed my baby. Definitely recommend this place to one and all. I had awesome experience taking PT at Enliven Therapy Centre (ETC). PT Rohi has very smiley face and listens and understands the pain and problem and does the therapy. My son has been attending speech, OT, BT and group therapy sessions for past two years. He started sessions when he can say very few single words to shortly describe almost non -verbal and now his communication has been improved by leaps and bounds. His eye contact has improved, behavioural issues have reduced, sitting tolerance is improving., cognitive and social skills developed tremendously. I have shifted to Bangalore and Started taking my 8 year old son to this center for OT, BT and Speech therapy. It’s been three months, and I can see positive changes in him.
