⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed Owner Sumadhura Aspire Amber has turned out to be a nightmare. Poor construction quality with visible cracks and seepage already. No CCTV cameras installed despite being promised — serious safety lapse. Rooftops are open, and during rains, entire corridors flood like rivers. Zero housekeeping — common areas stay dirty. We were forced to pay illegal move-in charges without receipts, and residents face arbitrary rules imposed without consent. Worst of all, individuals like Revan, Stanley, and Vishwajeet Chavan have been reported for unethical behavior and bribe demands. No action taken despite multiple complaints. Completely mismanaged and untrustworthy. Buyers, be warned — speak to current residents before investing. Every negative customer review is hundred percent real don’t trust this builder and it’s employees at all

They mention sustainable living and methods in their advertisement and end up ruining nature and play with people health. They are burning trees openly and whole area is covered with smoke and pollution for more than 2 days for their new project. Edit 1: what a shameless reply has been given. It can be clearly seen how much sustainable living you are promoting. Everyday lot of trees and plants are being burnt openly causing lot of pollution and badly impacting people health.

Firstly what is the point of having the CRM team if they are never going to respond,They simply raise demands and there is no one to communicate on our concerns and on top of that maintenance charges are very high and unnecessary documentation charges. I highly do not recommend this builder, I am struggling after booking a plot.

Quality is pathetic as we see the wear and tear of apartment within 2 yrs. The Enliven team who takes care of maintenance is the worst.Think before you invest.

It has been a painful expeirence with Sumadhura. They promised and posted everywhere that the flat will be handed over in 3 months last april(2024) but unfortunately its almost an year now and the registration has been delayed. On top the CRM finance team is pathetic, specipically Robert who does nor even know how to provide proper support to customers. They have been like if you can pay remaining loan money from your pocket we will give you the key or else you wont get the key and have to start paying maintenance even without moving in. They dont even understand a customers pain point, we have current rent to care for and then interior designing costs and then i have a 2 years old kids so cant make prompt decisions. Please be careful before opting for Sumadhura as they are concerned about their money and not customers at all.

These guys are making too many marketing calls even to people who don’t have any requirement of buying new property or never showed any interest in their projects.
