One may be surprised to see so many Google reviews for a tailoring shop. Even I was. But let me tell you these are genuine reviews from the customers of Mr BS Raja. I think his son takes care of the follow ups and feedbacks.
This man takes orders for only alterations and he’s been doing it for close to two decades. And he’s extremely good at what he does.
It’s very difficult to find somebody good who alters your ill-fitting cloths. This tailor explains what he can do, how much time it’s going to take and if he can’t do the alteration, he simply says no.
I had given around 7 of my expensive shorts and jeans, he has done a wonderful job. The cloths have no external stitches and they don’t even look like they are altered.
Overall wonderful job.
It’s a little difficult to look for the shop. The stairs to the first floor are on the side of the building in case you miss it.

Extremely well mannered duo of father and son, who are masters at their craft. After taking one shirt and pant that fits well for measurement, they delivered 1 S and 1 P in a week or so.

I recently gave two expensive churidar materials to this shop for stitching, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The stitching job was done very poorly, and to make matters worse, the fabric was damaged in the process. Not only did the fabric get torn, but the churidar also lost its shape entirely, even though the fix seemed like a simple task.
As for my velvet suit, it looks like it was carelessly ironed. The fabric has strange creases that weren’t there before, and it’s clear that it was mishandled. I’m incredibly frustrated that I trusted this shop with my clothes, and now I’m left with items that are damaged.
I expected a professional standard of work, but what I received was far from it. The shop clearly lacked attention to detail, and I am deeply frustrated with how my fabric was handled. I paid for a service that should have been straightforward, and instead, I’m left with a ruined piece of clothing that’s now unwearable.
If possible, I would consider taking this matter to consumer court, as the quality of service I received was unacceptable. The damage to my clothes and the poor stitching job are a clear violation of consumer rights, and I believe it’s important to hold businesses accountable for such substandard work.
I strongly urge anyone considering their tailoring services to think twice. My experience was a complete letdown, and I regret trusting them with my fabric. I hope the shop takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the quality of their stitching and customer service.

Not very happy with the services.
Price – Little high but always ready to pay for good and on time service. Both were not served at all, and hence disappointed.
I gave a formal pant for stitch and within a day the stitches were loose and thread started coming out.
On my first visit i was told, the pants will be stitched as per measurements and when i received it, the length was short. Pathetic experience. I had to visit the store again to get it back after the height was adjusted again. They don’t have tailors available for quick fix. Not really happy.

But FCOM (Indiranagar) truly deserves 5 stars for the quality of its multiple facets of the customer experience.
From the moment you arrive, they are genuinely consultive in their approach and ensure that they set the right expectations (whatever is doable and not doable and the limitations of outcomes of the work done); the communication is made transparent so that we, as customers, know what to expect and are getting exactly what we are promised. It’s so rare that businesses deliver precisely as communicated, even if it’s not possible to do so. This clarity allows the customer to make an informed decision on whether to go ahead with the job or decide not to risk it. The onus is on us as the clarifications are made first-hand. It makes things a breeze to work with as they understand the issues that can arise from certain decisions, ranging from making challenging alterations to crazy experiments with garments.
Of course, after this, the outcome of the work done is guaranteed to be satisfactory. Working with them is easy — even if you still need slight adjustments to make the job perfect (In my case, it’s mostly garment alterations for a perfect fit). They oblige with ease, and the final completed work is quality work. I have not been disappointed till now and hope to be the same in the future. Trust me; I am a strong critic of people’s work, and they haven’t failed me once.

Mr Sreenivasa is an excellent tailor. He had already adjusted the waist of two of my pairs of jeans within 10 minutes when I asked him to make this outfit for me. He directed me to a great place to find fabric, and then within 5 days made exactly what I wanted. He was more than happy to make some adjustments when I collected the outfit to make sure it fitted perfectly. A great talent, I would highly recommend to anybody!

Read a lot of good reviews on Google about them. Had 2 formal shirts stitched with them. The stitching of both shirts are terrible. Their Stitches have come out after the first wash. Have told them about the quality of stitching while accepting the shirt on delivery date to which they didn’t bother to say anything. Collar pasting is gone after the first wash. would not recommend anyone.

I got my 2 piece suit stitched here. Materials are available at the store, light materials, perfect stitching it cost me about ₹5300/-. It would take about 10 days to get it delivered. You have go for a trial and and then you can finalize it.

They do not have any professionalism or responsibility. I gave them a dress material 1 MONTH in advance and finalized the design.
On the day of delivery they call and tell me that they will give the dress in another 5 days, and I told them that is not possible. Then they agreed to give it to me the next day. The next day I called and asked if it was ready and they told me I could come to pick it up ,all to see that they were just making my dress then. They gave me bunch of reasons as to why it’s not ready and then told me that it will be ready in the evening. Which was also another lie. For the next 5 days they kept saying that I will get it the next day and then the next. They ended up spoiling my dress material and then went and acquired another cheaper material. The final day I told them I will be coming to pick up the dress and they again promised me it will be ready by the time I come. I waited for over 5 hours at their botique for them to finish. They kept messing up the sleeves and measurements. And I finally told them to give me the dress and I left. finishing was horrible and the entire experience with them was horrible. They just kept lying to me and made a mess of things.
Do not trust them. Will not be going here again.

The best in the business I would say. They really made a boring ready-made blouse to some beautiful piece of blouse. First I thought it’s costly but after the service, the design and delivery it was worth it for one time. Also the highlight – it was done in just 1 to 2 days, cause I had to fly urgently for a wedding. The team is really polite and professional and brings the best designs out for you. I really had a great time interacting with Minakshi Mam & Vijayalakshmi Mam , Masterji too and really thankfull for their assistance & services. Would visit again and get something custom made for sure. Do give it a try, highly recommended!!!

This place is a scam. For a simple dress alternation it has taken two weeks. I was promised to get this in 1 week and when I visited after a week, they had forgotten to even start work on it. Asked for an extension of 2-3 days, which then u agreed. Now it has been 5 days since, multiple phone calls and follow ups and I still have not received the product. So unprofessional. Never going back to them. I’m yet to receive my clothes and a refund for this. Will never recommend. Pls don’t go to them if you have anything time sensitive as they are so careless and unprofessional
