Absolutely appalling experience! There's clearly a serious issue with this outlet. I'm not alone in my disappointment - multiple colleagues have also had the same experience with stale chicken. Unacceptable!

I had a terrible experience. As a pure vegetarian, I ordered chilli paneer with garlic rice bowl but was served chicken with rice instead. This is deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. Such negligence is disrespectful to customers with strict dietary preferences or restrictions. I urge the management to ensure proper attention to orders. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values their dietary choices.

I ordered paratha butter chicken bowl from here. I don't know if it is chicken or not. It was black in color and seems like it was very old chicken and they added chemicals to make it fresh. I had very very badcexperience today. Please don't buy food from here. It is terribly bad and was smelling very bad.

The Bowl Company- Found this on Swiggy and I thought let me give it a try. I tried and it turns out to be really nice. I got 3 items as you all can see, which is: 1.Manchurian with chill Garlic Hakka Noodles 2.Rajma Porotta Bowl 3.Peri Peri Chicken with Egg Corn Rice All the 3 items Tasted really amazing and my all time fav is Rajma Bowl was cooked really fine. As a whole, I would say if you are lazy and ready to get the food from out you could try it. It would be really heavy heavy heavy meal but yes could fill in your stomach. Extremely Disappointed with The Bowl Company and Swiggy's Customer Service I recently placed an order for peri peri chicken with egg corn rice from The Bowl Company through Swiggy. Unfortunately, what I received was completely uncooked chicken, which not only ruined my appetite but also resulted in a waste of money. The fact that The Bowl Company, a reputed restaurant, would serve raw chicken is simply unacceptable. This demonstrates a severe lack of quality control and disregard for customer satisfaction. It's disappointing when a restaurant fails to uphold basic food safety standards. To make matters worse, my attempts to seek a refund through Swiggy have been met with unhelpful responses. The lack of support and resolution from Swiggy's customer service team has added to my frustration and left me feeling helpless. As a customer, I expect both the restaurant and the online ordering platform to take responsibility for their mistakes and provide prompt assistance. Unfortunately, neither The Bowl Company nor Swiggy has met this expectation. I strongly urge The Bowl Company to improve their food preparation processes and ensure that incidents like this do not happen again. Additionally, I hope that Swiggy can reevaluate their customer service practices and take appropriate steps to assist customers who encounter such issues. Based on this regrettable experience, I cannot recommend The Bowl Company or Swiggy to others. As a consumer, it is disheartening to face such poor service and lack of accountability.

We ordered 3 bowls for online delivery for dinner and it was amazing. Definitely recommend. Good safe option for when you don't know what to order from where. 1. BBQ cauliflower Manchurian with chilli fried rice 2. Mushroom Spaghetti bowl (Fav) 3. Butter chicken mac and cheese

I'll break my review down into chunks and the overall review is simply the average of individual chunks. Taste: 4/5 I'm a VEGETARIAN and most of the vegetarian dishes I've tried taste good. Though not the most flavourful and mouth watering of dishes, it's above average and the quality of ingredients used to prepare the dishes seem to be above average as well. Portion Size: 3/5 Though there's quite some room in the bowl in which the food is delivered, the quantity is decent. Though just one of these bowls will not fill your tummy completely, it's just enough to cure you of your hunger ! The gravy part is just enough to ensure the entire rice can be mixed with it but some more gravy won't hurt. A little extra gravy can make the dish so much more succulent and a delight to eat. Ultimately portion size simply depends on how much you can stomach and for me personally, they could have given a little more. Price: 2/5 Personally I think the items are extremely overpriced for the portion size they give. I only order when there's 50% off on swiggy ( the whole thing is a scam. Though you think you get 50% off on the dish, taxes, delivery charges and restaurant charges adding to the bill will have a net discount of 30-50 rupees on a 200-300 rupee dish. Occasionally when I'm lazy to go out and think I can buy a Mercedes some day by saving this small amount of money whenever I order, it's okay) Hygiene: That's the biggest factor for these kinds of kitchen based companies like FreshMenu etc. You never know how clean the kitchen and inventory is. I cannot give a rating for this but it's a good factor to consider whenever you're ordering from such places.
