The Discount Retail Rajajinagar

Don't ever buy anything from that store. It's a worst store. I purchased a LG refrigerator in Dec 24. They said it's in working condition.they even checked and sent me to my home. Bt within few days the compressor was damaged. The ice was getting stored and was not defrosting by itself... Id we do it manually the ice water was coming down to all the other sub levels of the refrigerator.we called them and complained. They dint respond properly. We. Only called a local guy and checked and he said compressor is gone and has to be changed. We again called the store in Rajajinagar and complained. They said they will send some one..that guy came after few days. Not the next day. Then he comes, we r just telling him wat has happened and that too in a normal tone., but he has so much attitude that he responds rudely...." Nan adake bandirodu noditni madam" his rude answer he behaved as though we had done some mistake and he had to fix it and hewas irritated. My mom asked generally ,wat has happened wat and all ru doing as in the repair work He gets irritated and doesn't respond itself. Then we waited .. he did his work then called me and showed that it's working fine ..and he left... This repair work was fine only for a few days... Again the problem is occured .. so pls don't buy anything formthat store.

This is a factory seconds store for electronic items like Refrigerator, Microwave Oven, Washing Machine, Television, Water Purifier, Mixer Grinder. I would definitely not recommend from here to buy because the products are damaged here in the first place and the warranty is only for 1-3 months depending on the product you select. In case if you still wish to buy the product from here then pls check thoroughly the product scratches, dents, colour fade and warranty. The more the dents/scratches the lesser (cheap) price of the product. In case dents and scratches won't matter then you could buy the product here. Note: 1. More the Dents/ Scratches lesser the price. 2. Free Delivery not available, they will send Porter within 50 Kms in Bangalore (Rajajinagar & Bommasandra radius limits). 3. This store is absolutely a superstop for affordable home appliances. Yes they sell damaged goods for higher discounts but its up to ur choice.... The goods which are damaged during transport are sold here. The best thing is they dont hide the damages and sell the goods they completly show the damage and explain why they are selling for that price... So they are completely geniune sellers and really the products are so good rather than the minor physical damages.... And the employees here are so supportive and guide us for the right product selection. Good shop, Humble people. Good products.. Great discounts..

Technician not responding on time and bad quality material used frodect cost also High i am waiting for technician past 1 months is not responding
