I attended sessions with Ms. Sampada over the last eight months, during which she helped me navigate some challenging phases with deep empathy and impactful techniques. She created a space where I could openly share my emotions and feel truly heard. Today, I can genuinely say I’m progressing, and I now carry with me the tools and strength to face each new day. I’m deeply grateful for her support and guidance on this journey. Wishing her the best 🙂

I had done my internship for about 15 days at The mind research foundation. I was assigned under Ishika ma’am she was my mentor. We had very good, interactive mock sessions, case study and history. She taught us about different counselling skills and ethics to be followed in a session. We had made ppt on different topics of psychological disorders for example "Anxiety disorders" in a group and presented it. Our mentor made us feel very comfortable, she gave me the space to be myself and was always there when I needed to talk about something and always made my days very interactive. She guided me through every step of learning during this internship which was very helpful.

My time at The Mind Research Foundation was truly enriching. As my first internship, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Under the guidance of my mentor, Ms. Ishika, I gained valuable insights into clinical practices in psychology. We even participated in mock sessions which offered a glimpse into the dynamics of therapist-client interactions. Maam was incredibly warm and understanding, making the experience all the more meaningful. Overall, I’m extremely grateful to have completed my internship with such a supportive and insightful organization
