⭐ 1 Star – Still the Worst Experience I had earlier posted a review about my refund issues with Thomas Cook, and after their response here, I waited patiently for them to act. Unfortunately, even after their so-called "immediate attention" and promises, nothing has been resolved. Both my refunds are still pending with no clear updates or accountability. This is not just about the money, but about the repeated delays, false assurances, and lack of professionalism I’ve faced throughout this entire process. Every follow-up feels like chasing shadows, and the company’s response is only to buy more time instead of solving the issue. I am extremely disappointed that even after raising this matter publicly, Thomas Cook has failed to deliver on their commitments. This has been the absolute worst travel booking experience I’ve ever had, and I would strongly caution others before trusting this company with their money.

Hi - it took more than an hour to get the currency. I think the team should be cross trained to handle multiple customers at the same time. Last time when I purchased currency (from another vendor) it was a breeze - took less than 10 minutes. Please do audit and take positive action.
