Got a good vehicle at low price. I recommend keeping some backup vehicles in case customer does not return vehicle within timeframe or in case gets extended, if someone already booked a vehicle before the vehicle being returned, its causing unnecessary problems. Other than that, all services are pretty good.

The service at Royal Brothers is commendable with reasonable prices, but an expanded range of vehicles would enhance the experience. The bikes are well-maintained, and the pickup and drop-off process is hassle-free. However, book in advance, especially before Fridays, is advised to secure desired vehicles because there will be huge demand in weekends

Unsettling & unsafe experience overall. Very poor customer service & just pathetic experience. We paid fully for the vehicle rental and they gave us a faulty vehicle and the battery got ruined and the bike didn’t self start or kick start how much ever we tried and they won’t even send road side assistance and we’re just stranded on road with no help in a new city. They won’t provide assistance for changing a new battery instead asking us to get a new battery on our own money without any guarantee and still for more than three hours they’re making us wait without any proper resolution. Spoiled the day as our important plans got cancelled due to sheer negligence of these agency people handling things. Extremely disappointed and don’t recommend them.
