Rented a Yamaha MT15 V2 (BS6) and had a smooth, hassle-free experience, I paid an initial amount of ₹1,227.58 for a 24-hour rental with 192 km included. Extra kilometers are charged at ₹6/km, I rode 316 km total, so paid ₹950 + ₹210 (GST), bringing the total to ₹2,187.58. You can extend the rental if you do it at least 30 minutes before the end time. Late returns incur a ₹500 penalty. Pickup and drop-off are self-managed, and you’ll need either an Aadhaar or driving licence for ID to be uploaded in the app or in person. The bike was in excellent condition — I did a quick check of the clutch, brakes, battery, and tire pressure, chains were clean and properly lubed, and the staff told the bikes are regularly serviced and it shows The app works well, booking is simple, and prices are transparent with no hidden charges. Just check the tariff on the app or website beforehand. Overall, very satisfied and would definitely recommend!

I really liked the Royal brothers bike rentals. It was hassle free. Pay check and ride. Drop on time and smooth handover process. If you value your time, money, and basic respect — never trust Royal Brothers. • No Communication About Vehicle Unavailability: Despite a confirmed booking, they didn’t even bother informing me that the vehicle wasn’t available. I wasted my time traveling, only to find out their complete lack of responsibility. • Totally Clueless and Disorganized Service Point Staff: The pickup staff were absolutely clueless and helpless. There was no backup plan, no professionalism — just chaos. • Pathetic Excuses About ‘Not Checking’: Rather than owning their failure, they hid behind the excuse that they "didn’t check" if the vehicle was returned. How does a rental company even operate without tracking its own fleet? • Rude, Unapologetic Call Center Agents: When I called for support, I was met with cold, unapologetic executives who couldn’t care less. No urgency, no ownership — just scripted responses. • Opportunistic Looting Attempt: After making me wait for 45 minutes, their only "solution" was a so-called upgrade — but at my own cost. Royal Brothers saw an opportunity not to fix the issue, but to extract more money from a customer stuck because of their failure. Good experience! The only issue I faced was seat not functioning properly for which I had to visit thrice although the action taken was prompt. So, overall positive experience.
