Staying here was a very good experience, not superlative, but good nonetheless. The hotel is nicely situated over the Bengaluru Race Course, as the address itself indicates, and many rooms on higher floors have a great view of the lush green racetracks. You can see the horses being exercised early morning, while enjoying your morning cuppa from your room.||The approach lane to the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Pretty much dug up road. Not the hotel's problem, I know, but I wish they would liaise with the civic authorities to get that very short approach bit sorted out. A typical "chalta hai" or "adjust maadi" attitude is not enough here, I'm afraid. This is supposed to be a five-star hotel, after all.||On the hospitality front, I was quite satisfied, in fact more than satisfied. I would like to mention the young smiling helpful lady Ritwika in the breakfast room who took extra care to ensure we got the exact food items and that too in double-quick time. The head chef, Jai Prakash behind the live Dosa counter would come out every morning and greet us personally with the traditional Indian folded hands "Namaskaram" gesture and would very affectionately suggest the dish of the day, usually some nice dosa variants, for us to try that morning.||Another person I would single out for praise is the young effervescent lady Tithi in the R Lounge, who went out of her way to look after us with a personal touch, and made sure our food and beverage requirements were met. My guest hadn't been feeling good, so Tithi made sure to suggest a hot beverage for her and got the bartender to make it with a customised recipe as well. It really felt like a bespoke experience and was much appreciated.||Overall, a very nice hotel to stay in.

Every team member—from reception to room service—was prompt, professional, and always wore a smile.||Reception & Room Service:|What stood out was the constant availability of the reception and room service teams. Unlike some places we’ve stayed before, here we always felt supported and taken care of at any time of day.||Extraordinary Hospitality & Inclusivity:|What touched us deeply was the inclusive environment created by the hotel. We were so happy to see differently abled staff proudly working, wearing special badges to help guests identify them. This level of inclusion was inspiring and heartwarming.||A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Umesh, who was always approachable, incredibly kind, and helped us whenever needed. At the restaurant, Sachin was also very attentive, always greeting us with kindness and efficiency.||Our Welcome Experience:|From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Akash and Salman Khan, whose hospitality and helpful nature made us feel instantly at ease. They set the tone for a great stay ahead.||Restaurant & Staff:|We spent most of our time either in the room or at the restaurant, and it’s safe to say the restaurant became our favorite spot. The staff there were simply incredible. They worked tirelessly, often going the extra mile to meet our and our baby’s specific meal requirements, despite their busy schedules.||A special mention to Sujata and Sunny, who not only served us with care but also took the time to explain local places and activities we could explore. Their guidance was genuinely helpful and appreciated.||Shivani was incredibly sweet with our daughter, and our child warmed up to her right away. Senti, Ritwika, and Salman were also consistently supportive and friendly, making our meals enjoyable and stress-free.||Personal Attention from the Chefs:|We were also touched by the personal care shown by the chefs, who took the time to ensure our needs—especially those of our toddler—were always met. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly made a difference.||Gratitude to the Entire Team:|While we may not have been able to name and thank every individual, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every single soul at the hotel. One of the luxury stay with Race course view in the city. welcomed by sparkling drink at the entrance. we stayed in a King bed with race course view, high floor. Room service is fast. Check-in time is very late: Check in 3 pm and check out 12 pm But we got an early check in 1 hour before swimming pool is good, but lot of honey bees after 6 pm in the pool. In the morning, we saw the horse riders all over the race course. Lot of horse pictures all over the place and in room. Overall a great stay.

The hotel was reasonably clean. But at times there are power interruptions although come back fast. Staffs are generally good especially a waitress at the cafe Lush. She took extra steps in checking what the diners want. A small suggestion, it may be better to set up self service drink bar than currently 2 guys standing there seem lost at what to do.

Had a excellent weekends staycation. Race course side rooms have nice view. The hospitality and warmth of the staff members are top notch. From front desk to room services to restaurants, we had great experience, special thanks to Pragati, Ritwika, Faiz.

I recently stayed at your hotel during a business trip to Bangalore and would like to share my feedback. Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. While the room was decent, there were several issues that affected my experience. The television was not functioning initially, and the washroom door got jammed, which was quite inconvenient. I also found the bed uncomfortably soft, which impacted my rest. The food offerings did not suit my taste, and the service at the bar was below par, lacking attentiveness and professionalism. Considering the overall experience, I did not feel the stay offered good value for the money. I hope you will take this feedback constructively to improve your services for future guests.
