I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had at The Park Bangalore. The overall hospitality, cleanliness, and atmosphere were truly impressive. A special thank you and congratulations to the housekeeping team for their outstanding service. The rooms were always clean, well-maintained, and attended to with great care and attention to detail. I would also like to extend my compliments to the Sampa supervisor for their dedication and exceptional service. Their professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed.

Nice food and Amazing House Keeping service by mahipal during the stay. made sure the room was always tidy and arranged, bed was clean and comfortable with nice look. bathroom was sanitized properly with clean towels and nice amenities the hotel view is so beautiful.

I stayed at this hotel recently with my wife. The overall experience was good, and the staff's customer service was commendable. They were very polite and helpful. The location of the property and the accessibility around was great. The complimentary breakfast was just okay, but the room did not meet the expected standard—there were several small issues, but nothing unlivable. However, considering the price, these issues could have been better addressed. I strongly recommend the hotel to renovate these rooms soon to enhance the guest experience. To those future visitors reading this, do ask for a renovated room if there are any.

I recently visited The Park Hotel on MG Road to explore it as a potential venue for an upcoming event, but I left feeling disappointed. Although it’s branded as a five-star property, it certainly didn’t live up to that standard in terms of infrastructure and space. I was particularly interested in their banquet facilities, and to my surprise, the halls were quite small and lacked the elegance and flexibility I expected from a premium hotel. They felt more suited for intimate gatherings rather than a full-scale event. What did surprise me, though, was that the hotel has a 100+ room inventory something I wasn’t expecting given the compactness of the property. On the brighter side, it does have a lively atmosphere, and the restaurants looked vibrant and well-maintained. The poolside area added some charm too, and I can see it being a good venue for casual parties or sundowner events. That said, The Park seems more tailored for nightlife and dining experiences than for hosting professional or large celebrations. In my opinion, it falls short of what you would expect from a five-star hotel, especially when it comes to event hosting capabilities. It’s stylish, yes but not functional enough for serious event planning.

My stay at The Park, MG Road was overall pleasant. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were friendly, especially Kuslar, who was extremely courteous and helpful. The room was clean, and I appreciated the good view as well as the convenient location, making commuting within the city easy. ||However, the check-out process felt unnecessarily tedious, as I had to wait for staff to check the room before leaving, which didn’t quite make sense to me. ||A comfortable stay with great service, though streamlining the check-out process would enhance the experience further.

We had a 10 day stay the park and it was really amazing. It felt like home away from home. The housekeeping staff especially Mr.Anand, was very friendly and sweet and helped in every way possible for our needs. The food, the ambience, everything is a 10/10!
