I along with my fiance and his 2 other friends had been to Aura on friday night. I was really happy about the beautiful stay. Overall we had a very great experience. Front desk person was helpful amd kind, but a person name Raju was seriously weird. He was looking at girls in a different way; even when i came down to collect my lunch. Also we had asked for AC flat, but it was told that its not there. And lot of unnecessary questions were asked like which flat number, whether guest or visitor even after check in. Seriously these 2 things were very irritating and most annoying.
Hello I am Khalid Alsaman, I am leaving today night Aura residence after 1month of stay. The staff was very hospital to us starting from mr Shankar and learning is everyday with nice staff, even the security guards are very friendly and polite, once I comeback to Bangalore sure I will return to Aure and ask all friends coming to Banglore to come to Aura, location is very near to rr nagar metro station and just in front of GAPALAN MALL 300 mtr away
Located very close to the Mysuru road opposite Rajarajeshwari Nagar arch and walkable distance to the metro station. Good property in a gated community. Well maintained and fully furnished rooms, kitchen and hall. Used the property on 2 occasions for a large group booking for our guests during marriage. Very good and courteous staff. Would definitely recommend it.
Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify a few points: 1. Booking and Confirmation: I made my booking on 8th March and received a confirmation email on the same day. To ensure accuracy, I contacted your staff member, Shankar, who confirmed that my booking was valid. 2. Discovery of Cancellation: On 12th March, I checked your website and found that my booking had been canceled without any prior notice. I immediately sent a screenshot of the cancellation to Shankar via WhatsApp, seeking clarification. I also followed up with a WhatsApp call, but he was unable to provide an answer. I did not check into your hotel as you said. I checked into your website. 3. Lack of Communication: The next day, I called Shankar again, but he did not answer. An hour later, when I called once more, he said he will check with the management and get back to me. Later on he called and finally informed me that management had canceled my booking due to a bulk booking. This entire process required several follow-ups from my side to get a proper response. Check my screenshots. 4. Misleading Information: Your response claims that your manager called me first to inform me of the cancellation, but this is false. I did not receive any such call or voicemail. Additionally, if a call was truly made, it would have been more professional to send an email or text notification as a follow-up. I have attached screenshots of the communications to verify my claims. Does the screenshot show any missed calls that I did not pickup? 5. Responsibility and Transparency: Whether the cancellation was made a month before or a day before, it is your responsibility to inform customers promptly. Just as you send a confirmation email when a booking is made, you should also send an email when a booking is canceled. 6. Regarding Your Statement on Genuineness: I take genuine and honest reviews seriously. As a Level 9 Google Maps guide with over 7 million views on my contributions, I would not have achieved this milestone if my reviews were not accurate and reliable. Please verify the facts on your side before accusing me of leaving a false review. Instead of addressing the issue empathetically, your response appears defensive and dismissive. A more professional approach would have been to sincerely apologize and investigate the matter further. Once again, I stand by my original review as my experience was genuinely disappointing. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your customer service and communication processes.
I liked to stay again here...All the facilities provided here and easily get transportation.All staff are good and supportive...
