I’m disappointed with this shop. I’ve visited this shop since they had good rating and my experience is not even worth for one star. Purchased Akhand Deepa/Thunda Vilaku. Before I made a purchase I’ve asked the capacity and I was told it’s 500ml. When I tested its of 250ml. Now guy is saying ‘we have only this size’. My question is why are you giving wrong information to customers? Instead of helping customers these guys manipulating. Rate also too high for this size.
Outside I got 2 more of same deepa with a capacity of 750ml for 1800.
In this shop for 250ml I have paid 2390.

Although I didn’t get the piece I ordered I was compensated well and taken care of, which is what matters. And they have a splendid collection to feast your eyes on and a range of different metals in varying sizes.

Rude and unprofessional!!

Bought a painting and the rude guy at the register puts in a bag too small with one end of painting sticking out. It was raining outside. I asked for bigger bag and he says he does not have it. So I asked him to double bag it to cover the other end of painting. And he rudely says that would be another fifteen rupees!!

That is not only cheap mentality but also unprofessional. They want to sell items naked with no bags.!

I asked him that “you think I will visit your store again?”

And I recommend all those reading here to not support such an unprofessional business which does not even provide a reasonable bag to protect your purchase.

Yesterday went to buy a wireless mic, as i needed it bit urgently.
In Amazon it was priced at ₹590+ delivery. Since i can’t wait for 2-3 days i went to Dream world to check if they have the product.
They had the same product and when i asked about the price i was shocked. They are selling for a whopping ₹2999 ( ₹1 less from ₹3000).

I was expecting price to be around ₹800 – ₹900 since it’s available at ₹590 online.

And it is not a branded one like Phillips or Sony.
It’s just a chinese brand made on china.

I won’t be convinced if they say that it’s a good quality and good brand.

Went to brigade road and bought the same piece for ₹700.

Then i realized how much margin they keep for such toys and gifts.

I used to buy gift from Dream World before, but never in my life I’m going to Dream World again.

This is just a day light loot.

The variety in DW is simply wow….but the service is rather slow…..either they aren’t interested in helping or they are short-staffed, not sure which one it is. That said, good stuff at great prices!!

I purchased a Hotwheels track set yesterday for ₹893. Now in the morning I checked on Amazon for the same model and saw the same product is for ₹653.
Similarly last time I had purchased a Bow and Arrow Set for ₹1450. On Amazon the same product is for ₹499.
Dreamworld is taking extra money from us for their staff’s salary and maintenance…

Please check Amazon and Flipkart with the model name of the toy before you buy anything from these guys. Don’t matter how the staff is behaving, because they behave as per their training and mentors.

Go online with model name of any toy from them and I bet you’ll save loads…

As many of the other 1-star reviews have pointed out, there is negligible customer service in place after an online order is placed. The items are shipped with long delay in-spite of earlier commitment, no response to the follow-up queries and when it’s shipped, their shipping partner takes over a week to deliver to a metro. All in all a very poor experience.
