Showroom service is excellent but when it comes to service part too bad bad they use to scratch and give the car service person did it for 2 times and again and again they have repainted the vehicle and the incharge yogesh behivour is too bad he behave like owner of showroom with full attitude i think even owner doesn’t have that much attitude how the interview happened over there and more over there should be a award to the Hr to interview this kind of people

I recently took a test drive of the Tata Harrier and the overall experience was very smooth. The booking process was easy and hassle-free. I had to change the ORVM-left of my Tata Punch Adv AMT – colour Daytona Grey, which I had driven from Kerala. On the way the left orvm was damaged by a container lorry. In case you are a person who is looking to take a delivery in a clean space and posted it on insta YouTube or a social media. I think you won’t be able to do it because their delivery is so pathetic that you will feel ashamed in posting any kind of videos or images on social media

I raise this concern with their team as well, but it seems like it is. They are hardly bothered about it.

Call out to all those who are going to make it a memorable moment. Please choose a different dealership or inform them that you won’t be taking delivery in the basement

Information for CSD buyers :
1) Got availability certificate for Kia Carens Pewter Olive Colour from VST Manager
It was written in this certificate that this colour will be given within 14 days.
2) Got Loan processed ( EMI started)
3) Got my LS order , Took this LS order to Canteen and got my release order.
This release order is supposed to be given to showroom, Moment they received this release order, They told this colour is not available. If , you want to take pewter olive wait for 3 -4 months. They insisted to buy white colour. They also told us we will give 15000 worth accessories.
But they should have told this truth of colour in the starting itself, but they did not. Apart from this trick , everything was good .
Similar things can happen to you as well. Be Careful.

Anyways , we agreed on the colour as we needed this car urgently , Got kia Carens from this showroom ,through CSD process , Process was very smooth , Everything was well handled by Vijay Sir in this showroom. Please do not buy anything from this place. These are all very bad cars. What they generally do is fix the car just enough to sell it and keep it in the showroom, then they trick people into buying. Once you start using the car, all the flaws come up. Do not fall for their words.

They promise six months or one year of service, but even if you go back after a month with any issue—big or small—they won’t take care of anything. Until they receive the money, they act extremely nice, but after that, they turn out to be the biggest cheats in the market.

I strongly recommend not dealing with these people, and if you know anyone else planning to go there, please warn them to be cautious.

I had been to this place somewhere around 6:57pm on 15th of December and there was a guy in the white shirt with long beard (not sure about his name) asked for the budget car which was around 3L and all he showed us was the only one Chevrolet beat white colour the car number KA01MK8573 and he said we have to get the service done ourselves instead of suggesting us a different car he was more interested in attending other customers and there were not many staff’s to attend us and there were no other cars at our budget other than that beat . I was ready to do the payment instantly, but his response literally put me to a disappointed and made me end up buying a new car instantly. Hence, i request the management to train your staff’s and greet the customers accordingly.
