Express Car Care

One of the worst services I’ve experienced. They clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction or attention to detail. Attaching sample photos for reference — this is after I specifically pointed out areas they missed, including: The bottle holders in all doors The space behind the tank cover Vacuuming below the seat. All these was cleaned after me pointing out. The photos I have attached are areas which are still left unclean. No proper quality check to see if everything is taken care. 2.9k Rs spent for a deep cleaning service which is worthless. Please avoid this place if you don't want to be scammed.

Worst experience at Express Car Care, HSR Layout. Absolutely careless and unprofessional staff. Windshield glass not cleaned from inside, interiors dirty, seats untouched – they don’t bother to do a proper job. Waste of both money and time. Individual car owners, don’t even dare to visit this place. If you really care about your car, stay away. Totally disappointing and not worth it.

Better you shut the shop, when your car wash machine is in not working condition. As your manual cleaning is not up to the mark. Also bloody because of that lady's ignorance (one who runs the shop) even after telling that her workers are using same cloth for tyres and body, she did not bother to go and instruct them. Because of this there were lot of scratches done on the front left door and near the petrol cap caused by your manual washing.

Nice place to get your car wash in reasonable price

Avoid this place if you care about your car. They charge premium prices but deliver substandard service. Even after the wash, a lot of mud was still left on the car. Only after repeated follow-ups did they start doing their job properly, but most of the time they just ignored the issues. On top of that, they applied some cheap, handmade liquid on the interiors, which can actually damage the surfaces. Definitely not worth the money or the risk — I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their car.

I revisited this place again after years & guess what, the place still continues to rob money (₹700/-) & does a complete useless cleaning work. Please check my photos as proof to check my claim. Regular cleaning is done by us and since we need a real deep clean to remove grease & clean those areas we cannot is why we opt for pressure water wash. But their logic is completely different. Once the car goes through the process, that's it!! No matter if it's dirty or not cleaned, they'll take the full money. Honestly, in allmyt years of owning multiple cars n have given to many places to clean, NEVER have come across a pathetic place like this. In spite of escalating the issues to their supervisor/ owner, they preferred to ignore completely and remained defiant & arrogant. Take your car if you just want your car to remain dirty. Else go to other places who have pneumatic ramp where they completely clean the underchassis, use ample amount of liquid soap, clean properly using right brushes/ clothes and spray pressurized water to clean till it glitters & charge only ₹400 or ₹500/-. Hope the management sees this review & corrects itself else, no one can help them!!!
