Their service has deteriorated greatly which used to be good. They stranded me at airport at mid night. Before boarding, I also asked for flight details to which they said will be provided an hr before. I had booked more than 12 hrs in advance While issues can arise, they did not have courtesy to message or call that we are unable to provide. When I called, instead of being apologetic, they were overtly defensive. Very disappointing experience and I am sure they are losing a lot of customer recently
I have had great experience with A1 cabs. The drivers are very professional, the cars are clean and have consistently been safe. There is no issue of haggling or asking me to cancel the ride the way Uber and Ola drivers do. I will keep using A1 cabs for my rides to the airpory
