XCEL Corp Bangalore (5th Floor) - Software Development Company

Had a great experience of being in a software company. Got to know about the process of software development. They gave us insights of what skills they are expecting in a freshers. Gave us some goodies for answering few questions. Very helpful and friendly mentors.

I worked at XCEL Corp as a Senior Software Engineer & Trainer. Initially, the experience seemed promising as they were onboarding students from Jain MCA College, and we expected a structured environment. However, things quickly deteriorated. Salary Disbursement was Irregular – Salaries were never paid on time. Most months, we received them as late as the 15th or 20th, and eventually, salaries stopped altogether. I personally went unpaid for months, which caused significant financial distress. Unethical Behavior with Partner Institutions – The company made false promises to Jain College, including organizing a placement drive that never happened. When things fell apart, the CEO, Mr. Jit Goel, deflected the blame onto the college’s placement officer rather than taking responsibility. Student Exploitation – XCEL Corp misled many students with fake job guarantees and exaggerated claims about training outcomes. As word spread, admissions dropped drastically—reaching zero by March 2025. Toxic Leadership – After I resigned due to unpaid dues and the company's failing credibility, I received no acknowledgment or professional closure from the management. Instead of accepting accountability, the CEO chose to remain silent and disrespectful, making things unnecessarily difficult for a loyal employee who served with dedication. A Word of Caution – To anyone considering working with or partnering with XCEL Corp—be extremely careful. This organization lacks transparency, ethical grounding, and respect for both its employees and students.

We came for industrial visit. The session was quite informative and we learned a lot. The speakers spoke well and explained everything clearly. We also had a quiz session and the ones who answered correctly got a gift. We also had an MCQ test with basic programming language questions. Overall it was educational and informative.

The meeting was highly insightful, providing a clear understanding of the company's operations and industrial processes. The presenters were engaging, offering a detailed overview of how technology drives their innovation, which aligned well with my academic focus. I particularly appreciated the emphasis on real-world applications, which gave us a practical perspective on how theoretical knowledge is applied in a professional environment. The opportunity to ask questions and interact with industry professionals made the experience even more enriching.

During this industrial visit, I got a chance to see how the company operates and learned a lot about their working process. The staff explained everything in a simple and clear way, which made it easy to understand. And many students were free to ask questions, and they were happy to answer and share their knowledge.Overall, the visit helped me to understand how what we learn in the classroom is applied in the industry, and it was a great experience.
