Very knowledgeable, polite and gave a detailed explanation about mixers, mic and speakers. Didn’t end up buying because I couldn’t afford it and wasn’t sure of what exactly would my wife want because it was a surprise gift. But the salesperson also was polite and told me to not spend any money unless I am absolutely sure of what my wife would need considering the investment required. Extremely thoughtful of him

Very poor experience. Called and repeated multiple times to confirm a bass amp was in stock — was told it was available and to come over. Traveled 30 km only to find out they hadn’t actually checked, and it wasn’t there. Wasted time and effort. Disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Nobody there was a musician and had no idea on what they were talking about in terms of product specs (amp specifically).
