I have been taking yoga classes from Nimisha for 2 months now, I am pretty much a complete beginner. What I liked the most is that She understands the problems of our body and our difficulty in doing an asana and makes us do it in a very comfortable and encouraging manner rather than forcing us to do. During the class, i see her assisting to have long hold and strech while doing asanas which really helps to improve the flexibility. Nimisha had plenty of personal focus, and paid attention to my postures and I'm happy that we are able to do advanced poses just within couple of months after starting yoga classes.My body is inclining towards healthy habits both mentally and physically. Sleep quality has improved and I breathe more consciously now after joining this Yoga Class

I have been attending the classes for 2 months now. My flexibility, sleep quality have improved a lot. The stretching exercises and the pre poses before the main poses help avoid injuries.
Just two months into the yoga class my wife and I are able to do advanced poses. Sometimes pilate poses are added to make things challenging. I Highly recommend the classes for the beginners

I have been attending Yoga classes from Nimisha for 3 months now. I can see the change i my body. Her sessions have helped me big time and has worked as a big stress buster. I have been attending the classes for 24 months now. I have experienced a lot of improvement in my back pain and physical & mental strength. These are very balanced sessions with warmups, asanas, pranayama, meditation, relaxation, breathing techniques, with explanation of how these things work. Recently Pilates has also been included in the sessions, which has helped to improve the core strength and overall stamina. Nimisha is able to cater to participants of all experience levels and therapeutics needs so well.

Best Yoga instructor who explains everything very clearly and the pace at which session goes feels really amazing starting with breathing exercises first, then warm ups, then The Asanas finally relaxation and then ends with Pranayama. Body feels relaxed by the end of session. I would highly recommend for others and I am attending the sessions from last 5 months. Yoga will bring a change in mental stress levels and physical fitness levels and the body feels rejuvenated if you practice it regularly.
