Shuchi Laundry

Irresponsible and very vague answers by the staff. What laundry service ever. Clothes were not handled and washed well. Instead of washing they get new stains and ask us to give it to dry cleaning or dying after they spill chemicals on cloths. Pathetic and I seriously don't recommend this. They are making people rate them 5 stars by sending poor delivery guys.

Feedback: I gave my shoes for cleaning and you guys did an amazing job — they look brand new! Really happy with the service. Suggestion: It took 4 days for the cleaning (which I was informed about, so no problem), but if the time can be reduced a bit, it’ll be even better for customers.

While the laundry quality itself seems decent, the overall service is highly unprofessional. My clothes took almost half a month to be delivered, and when I finally received them, they had misplaced my favorite and expensive t-shirt, replacing it with a random kid’s pants. When I tried to get this resolved, instead of taking responsibility, they kept asking me to call different people myself. The person I was referred to never even picked up my calls. This lack of accountability and follow-up is unacceptable. Good cleaning quality doesn’t matter when the service causes such delays, mismanagement, and complete disregard for customer care. I would strongly advise others to avoid Shuchi Laundry unless they fix their delivery, management, and communication issues.

One of the pathetic services i have got , no accountability…. No clear communication delivered… like seriously after asking the staff multiple times to share bill and the weight of my clothes never got it until I complained to the delivery agent after 4 days of chasing them day and night to get it delivered and share delivery details. also the charges are not clear either they will tell you lower charges and end up charging you high . I regret having this service. And the laundry service taxes are 9% which is again a new scam Sgst -97₹ Cgst - 97 ₹ NOTE - check your invoice very clearly! They either dont know to bill or just trying to scam and make money ! Lol what are you guys thinking of people ? A note to you as well , To survive in this market better make customer experience a memorable ( in a good way )

I wish I could rate them any lower. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. I gave them clothes on Saturday, we agreed that the delivery would be on Tuesday. It is Thursday now, they keep ignoring calls and messages. I repeat don't use their service if you value your time and money. I have lost all hopes of getting my clothes back.

I had the worst experience with them. Before booking for pickup I asked them their price list. For washing sneakers it is 250 mentioned in the list and I had even asked them are there any extra charges or not and they denied it. While giving the shoes I had asked when would I get my shoes back, they said 2 days. They returned my shoes after a week and I was charged double the price. I had to pay 506 rupees. The shoe smells pukish. Upon talking with the women who handles BTM layout hsr location, actually she was not talking she was demanding that this is the amount that I have to pay to get the shoes because they have put efforts to clean. Clean what? The shoe is smelly and wet from inside. She would not listen a word and ask me to come to the office directly if I want a rewash. Very arrogant and is of no use. Please don't use their service atleast for shoes. God knows what they are doing for clothes. And about the money, she simply said it is 250 onwards And it is nowhere mentioned in the list that it is 250 onwards. Worthless place to wash sneakers. She is complaining me that I have given dirty pairs of shoes, Arey bhai if I am using your service it only means I have dirty pairs which needs washing. Why would I give nice, squeaky clean shoes to wash? Do you guys have any sense of what you are talking and how are you building trust?
