Very disappointed with SK Laundry. I trusted them with my white shirt and received it back with green iron marks running vertically, clearly transferred from a previously ironed colored garment. This is not a regular stain or wear and tear it’s a result of negligence during ironing.

When I raised the issue, instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for not noticing it before use and even tried to charge ₹199 for stain removal! I was in a hurry for work and had no reason to suspect a professionally cleaned shirt would be damaged.

This is not the service I expected. If you value your clothes and expect accountability, think twice before using SK Laundry.

Extremely disappointed with the service! Our brand-new comforter was burnt by their staff, who then falsely claimed the damage was pre-existing. They offered a measly 200 rupees compensation for a 3000 rupee item. Staff are clueless about fabric temperature settings. Beware: relying solely on good reviews may lead to entrusting your clothes to the wrong hands. Protect your belongings!

Speedy service. I got back my clothes within 1.5 hours, in a nice warm and soft condition. The shop is maintained well and seems clean.

Irresponsible and very vague answers by the staff. What laundry service ever. Clothes were not handled and washed well. Instead of washing they get new stains and ask us to give it to dry cleaning or dying after they spill chemicals on cloths. Pathetic and I seriously don’t recommend this. They are making people rate them 5 stars by sending poor delivery guys.

It took 4 days for the cleaning (which I was informed about, so no problem), but if the time can be reduced a bit, it’ll be even better for customers.

While the laundry quality itself seems decent, the overall service is highly unprofessional. My clothes took almost half a month to be delivered, and when I finally received them, they had misplaced my favorite and expensive t-shirt, replacing it with a random kid’s pants.

When I tried to get this resolved, instead of taking responsibility, they kept asking me to call different people myself. The person I was referred to never even picked up my calls. This lack of accountability and follow-up is unacceptable.

Good cleaning quality doesn’t matter when the service causes such delays, mismanagement, and complete disregard for customer care. I would strongly advise others to avoid Shuchi Laundry unless they fix their delivery, management, and communication issues.

One of the pathetic services i have got , no accountability…. No clear communication delivered… like seriously after asking the staff multiple times to share bill and the weight of my clothes never got it until I complained to the delivery agent after 4 days of chasing them day and night to get it delivered and share delivery details.

also the charges are not clear either they will tell you lower charges and end up charging you high . I regret having this service. And the laundry service taxes are 9% which is again a new scam

I wish I could rate them any lower. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. I gave them clothes on Saturday, we agreed that the delivery would be on Tuesday. It is Thursday now, they keep ignoring calls and messages. I repeat don’t use their service if you value your time and money.
I have lost all hopes of getting my clothes back.

I had the worst experience with them. Before booking for pickup I asked them their price list. For washing sneakers it is 250 mentioned in the list and I had even asked them are there any extra charges or not and they denied it. While giving the shoes I had asked when would I get my shoes back, they said 2 days.
They returned my shoes after a week and I was charged double the price. I had to pay 506 rupees. The shoe smells pukish. Upon talking with the women who handles BTM layout hsr location, actually she was not talking she was demanding that this is the amount that I have to pay to get the shoes because they have put efforts to clean.
Clean what? The shoe is smelly and wet from inside. She would not listen a word and ask me to come to the office directly if I want a rewash. Very arrogant and is of no use.
Please don’t use their service atleast for shoes. God knows what they are doing for clothes. And about the money, she simply said it is 250 onwards And it is nowhere mentioned in the list that it is 250 onwards.
Worthless place to wash sneakers. She is complaining me that I have given dirty pairs of shoes, Arey bhai if I am using your service it only means I have dirty pairs which needs washing. Why would I give nice, squeaky clean shoes to wash? Do you guys have any sense of what you are talking and how are you building trust?

I opted for wash and fold service for bedsheet. The wash quality was below bare minimum and all the bedsheets still looking very dirty (it’s cleaned better in a home washing machine). Given we are paying for professional service there was no effort to fold the laundry properly.

The price on the website are not updated and if you are a new customer please ask for the prices as they won’t explicitly tell you.

The dry clean service for the salwar kameez was rejected at pick up stating they can’t do it for dual color as it may bleed into each other. So if you are looking for dry clean for expensive high end cloths may be find places with more technique and experience

I have been taking your service from last 1.5 years. I live in a PG where I get free clothes washed but I still choose your paid service.

My reasons are the professionalism and mannerism of your staff, especially Shoaib Akhtar. He is a kind gentleman. I have never lost a single cloth, I give all kinds of fabric yet I have never experienced any damage on anything.

I am seeing a few recent negative comments and it is disheartening, these guys are thorough professionals and they do their work with punctuality. Earlier, there was an uncle as well who had lost his son who used to iron the clothes and these biys were really kind to him.

I come here because of the friendship that I have built with the staff there as well. Akhtar is a sweet innocent guy who does his work without any complaints and even rewashes on many customers request when they do their tantrums.

You can check my order history, ask him my record. I have always given him 5-10KGs of clothes and everything was returned in the best state!

Akash is the ‘go to’ person here. Listens and takes care of your needs well. Recommends and honestly calculates the weight. Clean and fresh clothes most of the time when he’s around. Pushpa is another lovely human helping around when Akash is not there. Wonderful experience thanks to both of them.

Stains Still There: The stains on my saree were not cleaned. They are still on the fabric.

Bad Ironing: The saree was also not ironed well. It looked wrinkled and sloppy.

Don’t know how they are getting 4 star rating. I have given my dresses for washing and pressing and recieved after two days. As I have to travel Delhi I just packed everything and went. When I opened it after two days, it was not even washed just they pressed and packed. Such a scam, BS , scoundrels.

This incident happened to my friend last week. We gave this white pant to wash and perhaps they deteriorated this pant very well. And when asked for a fix they will give you silly reasons rather than accepting the fault.

Good setup and infrastructure. Some of the staff are well trained and courteous and some need improvement. I have had mixed experience, usually the service is very good. But on somedays when there workload is high or there is some power issues i have seen things go wrong. All in all still a recommended place as the wash quality is good.

Worse dry cleaning, it simply wasing the cloth and doing steam press, only packing is very good. I am complaining from last 3 month but every time same things he is doing. It was my mistake to give precious clothes to dry cleaning. For the cup blouse he made plane blouse. The cup become folded and he made that much heat setam press that it broken. No any cloth he is doing good.
Please check ur cloth when it get delivered. Only packing looks good. Inside it is bad.
