Dr Fabric Laundry

I opted for wash and fold service for bedsheet. The wash quality was below bare minimum and all the bedsheets still looking very dirty (it’s cleaned better in a home washing machine). Given we are paying for professional service there was no effort to fold the laundry properly. The price on the website are not updated and if you are a new customer please ask for the prices as they won’t explicitly tell you. The dry clean service for the salwar kameez was rejected at pick up stating they can’t do it for dual color as it may bleed into each other. So if you are looking for dry clean for expensive high end cloths may be find places with more technique and experience

This is to the owner of Dr Fabric. I have been taking your service from last 1.5 years. I live in a PG where I get free clothes washed but I still choose your paid service. My reasons are the professionalism and mannerism of your staff, especially Shoaib Akhtar. He is a kind gentleman. I have never lost a single cloth, I give all kinds of fabric yet I have never experienced any damage on anything. I am seeing a few recent negative comments and it is disheartening, these guys are thorough professionals and they do their work with punctuality. Earlier, there was an uncle as well who had lost his son who used to iron the clothes and these biys were really kind to him. I come here because of the friendship that I have built with the staff there as well. Akhtar is a sweet innocent guy who does his work without any complaints and even rewashes on many customers request when they do their tantrums. You can check my order history, ask him my record. I have always given him 5-10KGs of clothes and everything was returned in the best state! Thank you Akhtar and Team.

No proper communication and clothes are smelling bad. Very costly. And folks here are full of attitude. Blame game. No respect. Wash and fold is very bad. Oy was and iron they do properly. Different rates for different customers. No use of loyalty points. Trying to abuse and humiliate on phone calls and behaving innocent in person. Not recommended. They don't know to provide proper laundry service. I can find that most of the 5 star reviews are fake as well. Be aware

Very accessible and prompt. Have had lots of laundry done by dropping off in person and having it picked up. The service has always been prompt, clean and affordable. Thanks, Akhtar and team for helping out so much

Really great service, very fast pickup. Wash and iron done in 1 day with pickup and delivery. But I feel little expensive it could be 10-20% cheaper but still it's good
