I am extremely satisfied with the cleaning services provided. The team did an excellent job — the bathrooms were left spotless and fresh, the floor and the sofas were cleaned thoroughly. Even the fans and doors, were cleaned with great care. The staff was professional, punctual, and very efficient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and quality cleaning services.

I had a very bad experience with them, they initially said 5.5K, and I agreed. Post the house inspection they said they need additional 1K because the house has a lot of paint n dirt. After giving 6.5K still they didn't clean the house properly. On top of it, they didn't come on the promised time they were almost 4 hours late from the time I was expecting them. I was so considerate that I accepted the delay but after the inspection they said they won't be able to finish the same day because of time constraints. Still I agreed and gave next to finish the job but When I visited after the cleaning to check they didn't clean the house properly, they left many places dirt and some places they didn't clean it properly. Overall I paid 6.5k their charges + 1k - I paid property management for not cleaning the property+ 1K rent for the delay. So disappointed with the work, i was so angry. I would say go for Urban Company they didn't ask me for any extra money for the cleaning. UC did the job really well for my other apartment. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Overall I paid 20k I paid property management for not cleaning the property+ now is asking extra of 7500/-so disappointed with the work, Note this NOT RECOMMENDED.

They were all very professional and helpful, especially Parag Team; they were immensely polite and efficient. Would highly recommend.
