Every negative google reviews are correct. I booked their service for lizard control outside my house. While booking, Mr. Prasanna never told that they couldn't provide a warranty on lizard control outside my house. Mr Avinash confirmed that he can "control" pests that attract lizards but even for that when I asked for some warranty, he said that he can control the pests but cannot guarantee that they won't come (which didn't make any sense to me), although Avinash is polite and professional. With no guarantee, warranty and confirmation, i didn't want to pay the full amount, and when I called Prasanna and told him why I am not paying the full amount, because without any warranty, I might have to call pest control again may be in another week, he was very rude, and asked him never to call them. I'll definitely Not going to call them again.

The worst service ever. We had taken annual program and it was so pathetic to an extent I had to ask them not to do the next service though I had already paid. Unfortunately I have been using their service for last 10+ years and as years pass on the quality degraded. So disappointing and disgusting. Last service they had to do it twice due the fact after the pest control work within a week we started seeing the cockroaches again. In spite of rework we still struggle with it.

These people charged me 1800 for horrible service,I had also had to put in to much effort to just call them they never picked up. After they did first spray they promised cockroach will not come for a year if I have complete can call them again but no response. I just posted video of cockroach they spoke very rudely very bad service dnt have manners to talk properly ,they just said your service is done. pls dnt waste money and time on these pest control company

We have gotten the general pest control service done in a fresh newly painted house. However within less than a week, we have spotted lizards and insects inside. While, the technician was professional and on time, the service is clearly not adequate or maybe the product used is not of quality. I spoke to the service provider for solution but there has been no prompt response or any call back to address this. Not a great experience.

We have done the termite treatment for the ants..after 1month there is again of same problem of ants.. I have been asking or Informing the technician and who guided me to this pest control service..from. 2 months There is no response from both the technician as blocked me... And the person who has guided me as nt replying yet.. I am nt happy with this service because we have paid a money.. we didn't make it for free.
