We have taken pray control services for our Warehouse where we deal with all edible items. We have contacted Integrated Pest Control for the pest issues and they have done the best service. Initially they have evaluated the place and suggested the best possible solution as we deal in edible items. I really appreciate the service provided based on our requirements.

Done Pest Control on 22nd of June ,raised a complaint on 25th July about some small cockroaches moving .but till now no person turned up ,giving false assurance of sending the pest guy

they have sent the pest guy to resolve the issue and has successfully completed the work

Co ordinator Kavitha Madam arranged the pest control service as promised. Same day the service was done. The worker Sampangi was very professional and completed the work and also guided us what all preventive measures to be taken. A big kudos to him. Overall a very good service from the team.

Booked for vacant flat pest control…. customer care person is friendly n supportive but the technician is not that professional, very much impatient n we need to inform him to cover certain places.Finished in 20mins n asking for tips too….Compare to others IPC service is too costly. Not worth the money.

We are residents of Electronic City and recently used Suraksha Pest Control. Despite their 4 Month guarantee and service just 15 days ago, our cockroach problem has worsened significantly. We contacted them immediately, but they have repeatedly asked us to wait, offering excuses for over a month. Now, before seeking alternative services, they are demanding payment.

Based on our experience:
* Their employees are rude.
* Their service is ineffective.
* Instead of controlling pests, they seem to exacerbate the issue.

We strongly advise against using Suraksha Pest Control, electronic city as it was a waste of money. You can find better service elsewhere in Bangalore for the same cost.

Not at all good. Their medicine had no effect. It’s very disappointing that there is no relief from cockroaches, even after two services were done within a month. Really a waste of ₹2300.

The service of TechSquadTeam was sought to clean our Sump and the Overhead tank. 2 persons came in time and did a good job. Our Sump is laid with white tiles and after their cleaning it turned out glittering white which if cleaned manually through scrubbing will not turn out to that finish. We are thankful to the Team.

AVOID at all costs! They will block your number after the first service and getting the money. The WARRANTY IS A HOAX. Got pest control for wood borers done but within a week it was back and grew even worse than before. Photos show the condition just weeks after their ‘service’. They refused to entertain calls and blocked my number once I informed them that the problem persisted. For the first visit also, they keep giving slots but never turned up, wasting my time after I emptied & prepared the house for the given day. This happened over & over till they finally showed up. HUGE WASTE OF TIME & MONEY. Total FRAUDS! The reviews are fake as they ask for reviews on the first visit itself.

We called at late evening for service and they scheduled the work as asked for. The service is good and professionally dealt. Its value for money. Rohit Singh came to our house and he has completed the work thoroughly, I am satisfied.

Good Our manufacturing facility in Peenya, Bangalore faced a cockroach and bed bug issue in the staff rest areas. Hommlie’s team handled it with care, using industrial-grade solutions. The workplace is now hygienic and pest-free. Very recommendable

I would say they are sort of fraud. Booked for cockroach issues and even after their service the cockroaches kept coming. During their first service as well we called out that we cannot feel any strong scents which we generally see in other pest control . Within couple of days we saw cockroaches roaming across and we raised issue but there was no service and it seems it fells on deaf ear. Next they say that in 2 weeks they will do gel treatment and getting that done was a nighmare. Atleast 15 calls and followups then they came as if doing favor. However , there was no effect post that as well.
I would strongly recommend do not go for their services as they are big frauds in calling their services effective.

Mr Prashanth was deputed by the company to carry out pest control operations at my residence today. He really did a superb job. He was very courteous and explained clearly at each stage of the process. He was knowledgeable and very methodical. His work was speedy and efficient. There was no need to clean up after the operations. Outstanding work.

Quality of pest control service has been deteriorating over a period. Particularly after Rentokil take over of Hicare.
Periodical and timely reminders for next service have stopped. With Hicare customers would get timely reminders for service.
Self care service which was available with Hicare has been stopped. Under Hicare customers could schedule the next service themselves and they would receive an acknowledgement. The service executive would promptly arrive at the scheduled time and complete the task. Now under Rentokil, different staff keep calling customers for acheding the next service. Details are not uodated in their system… hence the calls continue. Looks like there is no unified system at Rentokil to which all staff have access. Hence the confusion.
Service executives are fed with timely and daily info of scheduled services. Sometimes are fed with incorrect service requests.

The quality of chemicals now being used is also poor. As a result, cockroaches appear after abiut 1 month of the service. No service feedback taken from customers!!!!

There is no escalation matrix for customers to lodge their issues and seek resolution.

In summary, poor customer experience.

I am using Rentokil service from couple of years now and their service is really good. Customer service person Deenanath has provided great service consistently with professionalism.

Tamanna was excellent, quick and very courteous as always.
He has done for our house for many years and we always want him to continue

One observation though, the spray can they carry now is a small bottle. The earlier technicians used to carry a spray can which had a long pipe and a nozzle which was effective in spraying just at the edge of the floor and skirting as compared to the present one which sprays more liquid than a mist spray.

Why can’t u send them with the older spray cans?

Every negative google reviews are correct. I booked their service for lizard control outside my house. While booking, Mr. Prasanna never told that they couldn’t provide a warranty on lizard control outside my house. Mr Avinash confirmed that he can “control” pests that attract lizards but even for that when I asked for some warranty, he said that he can control the pests but cannot guarantee that they won’t come (which didn’t make any sense to me), although Avinash is polite and professional. With no guarantee, warranty and confirmation, i didn’t want to pay the full amount, and when I called Prasanna and told him why I am not paying the full amount, because without any warranty, I might have to call pest control again may be in another week, he was very rude, and asked him never to call them. I’ll definitely Not going to call them again.

The worst service ever. We had taken annual program and it was so pathetic to an extent I had to ask them not to do the next service though I had already paid. Unfortunately I have been using their service for last 10+ years and as years pass on the quality degraded. So disappointing and disgusting. Last service they had to do it twice due the fact after the pest control work within a week we started seeing the cockroaches again. In spite of rework we still struggle with it.

These people charged me 1800 for horrible service,I had also had to put in to much effort to just call them they never picked up. After they did first spray they promised cockroach will not come for a year if I have complete can call them again but no response. I just posted video of cockroach they spoke very rudely very bad service dnt have manners to talk properly ,they just said your service is done. pls dnt waste money and time on these pest control company

We have gotten the general pest control service done in a fresh newly painted house. However within less than a week, we have spotted lizards and insects inside. While, the technician was professional and on time, the service is clearly not adequate or maybe the product used is not of quality.
I spoke to the service provider for solution but there has been no prompt response or any call back to address this.

Not good. Hired them to do a deep clean of our apartment. They charged me for a deep clean but didnt do a deep clean. Cobwebs, stains nad sirty windows and sills not touched. 3ppl team came in, 1 person was a kaam chor, other 2 worked.
Got a call from a lady to say she was incharge and to contact her direct regarding any feedback. Contacted her and sent pics of the job, no response.
In allnot a good job, not happy, wasted good money.

Fab job n zara is very educative of wat kind of service we shld take n how it will work n suit. very educated n supportive person. Ensure work is done intact n home is sparkling.. I am so glad I took their service,Spoke with Neha, she was very cooperative, guided throughout , Kumar & team ( Durga,Sunil.. 4 people)did an awesomeeee job!!! I think they spent around 10 hours to deep clean my entire house( they were late , but made it up by extending for soo long ) , they did a wonderful cleaning, they covered all the 3 rooms, 3 toilets, kitchen, Hall & ended up cleaning every inch of it, they helped in removing things from cabinet & cleaned inside too, ceilings, windows, loved their service, genuinely happy, totally worth every penny , they made my house look good as new,after checking so many services, I made a good choice in selecting them.
