Rentokil PCI Pest Control Service

Mr Prashanth was deputed by the company to carry out pest control operations at my residence today. He really did a superb job. He was very courteous and explained clearly at each stage of the process. He was knowledgeable and very methodical. His work was speedy and efficient. There was no need to clean up after the operations. Outstanding work.

Quality of pest control service has been deteriorating over a period. Particularly after Rentokil take over of Hicare. Periodical and timely reminders for next service have stopped. With Hicare customers would get timely reminders for service. Self care service which was available with Hicare has been stopped. Under Hicare customers could schedule the next service themselves and they would receive an acknowledgement. The service executive would promptly arrive at the scheduled time and complete the task. Now under Rentokil, different staff keep calling customers for acheding the next service. Details are not uodated in their system... hence the calls continue. Looks like there is no unified system at Rentokil to which all staff have access. Hence the confusion. Service executives are fed with timely and daily info of scheduled services. Sometimes are fed with incorrect service requests. The quality of chemicals now being used is also poor. As a result, cockroaches appear after abiut 1 month of the service. No service feedback taken from customers!!!! There is no escalation matrix for customers to lodge their issues and seek resolution. In summary, poor customer experience.

I am using Rentokil service from couple of years now and their service is really good. Customer service person Deenanath has provided great service consistently with professionalism.

Very good service by Munikrishna - he was quick and professional. Would recommend.

Over all good service rendered. One observation though, the spray can they carry now is a small bottle. The earlier technicians used to carry a spray can which had a long pipe and a nozzle which was effective in spraying just at the edge of the floor and skirting as compared to the present one which sprays more liquid than a mist spray. Why can't u send them with the older spray cans? Thanks Ganesh Pai
