I had an excellent experience with Danish! He quickly identified the issue with my washing machine and repaired it efficiently. Very professional, knowledgeable, and polite throughout the process. Had very different issue with my refrigerator LG technician diagnosed the issue and asked to dispose and buy new fridge . On Google search found GLOBE electronic services reached out to Danish he immediately attended and diagnosed the problem got his team attended in 48 hrs replaced few parts and started working well. We had good experience with globe electronic service therefore I recommend them for quick service.

Fayaz was very helpful when my LG refrigerator stopped working suddenly. I looked up on Google and found Star service world. I called up the LG technician before to check if the service could be done. He quoted a price which was equivalent to a new refrigerator. That’s when I called Star service and he came and checked the entire fridge and told me about the fixes for a very reasonable price. A price which was almost 1/4th that was quoted by the LG technician. The work done by Fayaz was very professional and clean. I would recommend Star Service world for any issues concerned with your refrigerator.

Horrible experience with fridge repairing person Fayaz. First of all he lacks knowledge with modern fridge and overcharges at least twice the actual price for components. He told he will fix my fridge in one day instead he took 5 days. Everyday he ignored and after calling several times came around 10 in night to work. Please avoid getting things fixed here. Learn from my mistake.

Meer, the representative of the service centre offered an absolute delightful service when he visited our property. He is not only calm and controlled in his words and actions, but also a man of his words when it comes to work. I had called the washing machine company’s customer care with no response for three weeks. This gentleman completed his task in less than an hour. We were thrilled to bits.

Called Mr Meer GSC for Refrigerator issue of stopped cooling, attended and replaced parts with in 24 hours even though today is Sunday.
Reasonable charge.

Worst service experience,
Spent 4000 for refrigerator repair and it stopped working within 1.5 months
Called him back, he was rude and said it will cost extra 1600 for fixing the problem, and still no guarantee

One of the worst service experiences of my life! Will never ever go by fake google reviews! They took washing machine (motor was not rotating), said they have repaired – charged 5k. Transportation was charged extra too! I have attached a video of post repair where the motor was not rotating.
Same day I noticed the filter was missing, then the old problem restarted. Tried to message/call multiple time, but to no avail! Ridiculous! Worst part was that one of the guys who repaired later changed entire motor for 2.5k! Exorbitant charges and absolutely zero value. I strongly do not recommend these guys. Pls go with company service or a shop nearby so that they are accessible.

Fake Service Center don’t trust them, by mistake while searching Sony Service Center number this i got this person number and dialed, they also told me ‘We are from Sony Service Center’ and took my 55inches Sony TV assured within 2 days it will be repaired, after repeated n number of calls after 20 days they repaired and delivered with heft bill of ₹ 25,000/- without taking approval from me claiming both power and mother board changed and also have warranty.
Now the problem is after 5 months my TV is not working, i called same numbers given the bill all the numbers got switched off, so luckily I got the person who picked my tv last time through WhatsApp and his name Shoaib, he picked my call once and told him the issue and sent previous bill he given from then he is also not picking my calls and nobody came to do repair.

I called Good service for 6 blink issue in sony TV he attended immediately n delivered in one day time…. My tv is working in good condition.. His work is cost effective too n trust worthy. Thank you Good service team ⭐️

Fake and unauthorised tv repair services. Pathetic customer handling. Heavy cost billing with no bills for repair. I did LG tv white screen issue took 3 days by giving non sense response. Do not fall prey to it. They have customer service phone centre calls to attract people. But no good services at all.

I had raised the service request at 7.45 pm and 8.30 pm , the service personnel were at my door step. Super efficient communication and support by Panasonic Service Centre. The service personnel Imran Baig was very professional in his approach. He took his own sweet time in addressing all the issues of the top load washing machine and systematically serviced the machine. I am completely satisfied with his efforts and dedication shown towards customer. At the end, he also suggested how to take good care of the washing machine and provided invaluable tips.

We called the company for almost 5 DAYS , and when Kumar finally came, he LEFT IN BETWEEN without fixing the issue! 5 Star rating. Had broken freezer box at late night, fixed the same the next morning before 10AM. Mr.Syed was very responsive and understanding. He arranged for restoration very quickly. Happy for such technicians. They did good job. 100% recommending their service. They are efficient.

The washing machine repair service was quick and efficient. The technician did a good job, and everything is working well now. I felt the pricing was a bit on the higher side, but overall, I’m satisfied with the service.

Syed Saleem (from SNB) was fast, clear and very easy to deal with. Was able to isolate the problem, source the part and get our samsung washing machine fixed in a day.
Note – We got a 2nd opinion for the same problem before we went ahead with Syed’s proposal. The 2nd guy suggested that we change 2 additional parts (which Syed hadn’t mentioned), adding up to thrice the quotation that Syed gave, in order to get our washing m/c fixed. So obviously, we didn’t go ahead with the 2nd guy.
We have finally found our go-to person for electronic appliances’ issues in Electronic city. Extremely happy customer.

This shop owner have basic knowledge about washing machine and he charges 350Rps per visit without doing anything, better to book to urban clap. Waste of time

We are Very Much Disappointed with the service done for our microwave. SNB told us that he is replacing the attached Fitting which cost to us INR 2.8K Samsung Original Spare with 3 Months Warranty, But the product completely got failed within 3 Months. Upon his Revisit he condemned on the product falutyness and booked us for another issue for which we also paid for rectification. Now we had encountered the problem again and we get the same checked through Company Genuine Service center and came to know that what he has installed a aftermarket local product and not a original whom price is almost half of what he charged to us.

This is our bad that we did not cross verify the same with other technician and Trusted him blindly.

I belive this is not his fault as there are many people who does thing like this, we should be very cautious while choosing any sevices from outside technician. People like him can fool you easily.

Now we had rectified our device from another Technical whom we had found over urban clap. This guy is genius and has replaced out faulty product with Real 100% Original Item at the same cost of what SNB had done.

In last I would suggest you all of you are reading this thread then pls be careful while dealing with any of the Technical that you are calling him for your Repair

Terrible service. They took a job assuring they had required parts and will be attended by 5:30pm. No one showed up at 5:30pm and on follow up they rescheduled to 7:30 assuring of service. Again no one showed up and later they claimed that they don’t have parts to perform this service. Very untrustworthy and undependable.

I booked a washing machine repair service looking at the high reviews. My washing machine button was not working properly. The technician said its board problem and it needs repair which would cost around 2400. He kept repeating some chip name to sound knowledge and said if I don’t repair the board then it will damage the entire board and will have to replace the board. Also he was handling the washing machine roughly. Based on his interaction I soon realized something was off and I said no to repair. Then he reduced the price to 1800 and later to 1200 Rs.

I got this repair from someone else for just 300 Rs and it’s working fine.

I just checked there is some pattern who gave high reviews in the past and it seems fake reviews.
