I got to know of SMS Packers & Movers from a friend of mine who said that they were good at their service & their rates which made me have some expectations from them and the service they provided very much exceeded my expectations. They came perfectly on the time they had proposed with enough people and a clean vehicle. They soon began their work and were so quick and precise with their work and extra careful wherever needed in case of the fridge, TV, washing machine, etc. They finished shifting our 2bhk house in just 2 trips which was above expectation. Horrible service. Destroyed all our furniture out of carelessness despite us telling them to handle it with care. Have no experience, absolutely zero professionalism and do not listen at all. They don’t care since it’s not their furniture. We paid twice the price hoping for a good service but utterly disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody.
Also refused to unpack the boxes after moving. They left with almost 20 boxes kept in the living room. My family had to stay up the night to make some space to sleep. All the boxes are dirty and they mix up items even if you say not too
They put paints and clothes in the same box even though I begged them not to

Pathetic service. I don’t know how they got 4.7 rating. MOST OF THE POSITIVE RATINGS ARE FAKE.These guys just talk nice till you book and pay advance. Afterwards they stop receiving calls. My household damage were damaged and said it will get covered in insurance. And these guys had purchased wrong insurance where damages were not covered. Now when I am trying to contact them, none of them is receiving calls. Dont trust these unprofessional people, go with some trusted packers and movers.

Today we shifted our belongings from Koramangala to Marathahalli The team led by pankaj did an excellent job. They came on time, packing and loading took less than three hours . They were really fast. Unloading was also very smooth although pankaj and team had to wait for the service lift which was shut between 1 and 2 for lunch. After unloading the team also helped with unpacking and placing the items at the respective places in the house. Overall a great experience. Beware – Fraudulent & Unprofessional Service

I booked logistics service from Mumbai to Bangalore for ₹8,000. As per our agreement, I paid ₹1,000 advance (with the understanding that another ₹1,000 would be paid before loading). But just one day before pickup, they suddenly started demanding ₹3,000 extra, going completely against our agreed terms.

After taking the advance, they stopped receiving my calls and are now refusing to refund the money. This is nothing but cheating and betrayal of trust.

Such behavior is highly unprofessional, unethical, and shameful. Customers trust service providers with their money and goods, but this company has shown that it is not trustworthy at all.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from them if you don’t want to be cheated.

My package has been waiting in their warehouse for over ten days in Delhi. They still have not sent an update and nearly every time I call they cut my calls unless it’s after a long interval.

They’re outsourcing delivery to Porter which says it cannot deliver in my area which no doubt they expect me to pay. They clearly do not know the delivery rules for the city and hence they shouldn’t be letting customers transport to and from Delhi.

Parcel was delivered when I specifically said I will be out of town. I’ve been waiting for a week, but they delivered knowing I couldn’t give it back.

Opened the shelf and it was completely damaged by water so was clearly left out in the rain during storage because mold has built up. Please see attached photos.

Service has been abhorrent. Needless to say do not use them.

They lie with sweet buttery tone but they lie constantly and they stand on it .. I booked them for 12 pm they arrived at my place at 8 pm and the whole time for full 8 hours they keep lying that they are reaching in 10 minutes . Packing process is like dumping your things in cardboard boxes . They packed ice with my stored herbs and destroyed my full huge packs of condiments. They threw boxes and said nothing will break it’s clothes or utensils . And their packing material was so stinky as if some eat died . They charged 50 k for what others were charging 35k . I warned you all even after this you want to have an experience then good luck .
Iam planning to go to the consumer court for the mental harrasment and damage they have done with my things but to do that I have to recover from the trauma .

Multiple Broken Items, Missing Flower Vase and Pottery. This is just the beginning of the tale of the Worst experience that I ever had with any transport.

My 1st review was removed based on the multiple calls from their agency. They broke items worth at least 25K,and refunded less than 1500 rs. That too after putting it in Social media. Forget getting a responce from their website, customer care and agents. I had to out this up again, as finding more broken items is frustrating.

One of The WORST packers and movers. Pretty sure, i will again get a call to remove this review but, i will update this post with what they said on the call instead. Also, ‘Glass items get broken, in transport’ is something that you will get to hear a lot after unpacking. I paid for a 19 ft truck, but while delivering everything was packed in a tata 407, mini truck. No wonder 30% items had some amount of damage.

If you hate your products, want them to get damaged or missing and pay exorbitant prices, the go with them. Else find a better movers. Very unprofessional and inexperienced company.

I took the packers and movers service from Bangalore to Rajahmundry almost 850km, I’m very much worried to whom I should give the 2bhk household things. I spoke to multiple people for shifting but I didn’t feel genuine.
