We had purchased temple jewellery from Malabar earlier this year and were looking for matching earrings. He quickly understood our preference, guided us with patience, and helped us find the perfect match. His service made the entire shopping experience smooth and delightful. We had enrolled in the Gold Plan with Malabar in Bangalore and recently closed the plan. At the time of closing, we had accumulated 76 grams of gold. We chose to collect the gold from the Trichy branch, where they provided a rough bill with 14% wastage. However, the same bill generated from the Bangalore branch mentioned 16% wastage, and they asked us to pay the difference. Additionally, based on the current gold rate of ₹1,984 per gram, I actually have extra gold in my account. But in the bill, they only reduced ₹400, which doesn’t make sense mathematically. The managers at the branch were unable to explain the billing properly, and their system seems completely flawed. This experience was very disappointing. My humble request to others is: please do not opt for the Gold Plan with Malabar. Once your money is with them, they do not listen to your concerns or treat you fairly. I tried to give nagative review but no such options better avoid this shop to save your money, atleast you can save minimum 6k for 8 grams and even they manager don't having basic knowledge to address the customer issue, he will repatly telling same thing without lession customer issue, I request for management pls change the manager

It's Definitely a Best Place to Purchase the Ornaments of gold silver and diamonds, But The previous members in this branch who were Rashid Sir And Akshay Sir was the best and I've seen no replacements after them like they were really friendly and used to understand the customer criteria and situation, Yes rest all the staff members are really good and handles with patience but I request them to understand the customer criteria and understand the need and be helpful!

Huge store with so many options.perfect place for wedding jewellery. I like various design options. The staff were patient enough to spend enough time in showing the options. The exchange was done smoothly and everything was done in front of us. Exchange rate was explained well in advance. Overall this time satisfied.
