I had a great experience shopping at the Tanishq store. The staff was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me choose the perfect piece of jewelry. They took the time to explain the gold rates, hallmarking, and design details, which made me feel confident in my purchase.

Today I visited Tanishq, Koramangala with my sister and we were disgusted with their service. I wanted to sell my earrings which I had brought from their store recently. We had clearly mentioned that I had brought from their store and after a thorough check a Tamil speaking staff agreed that they were indeed Tanishq's product. He clearly said that I can get cash after checking for the purity and melting it. He made me sign some form. But after melting and weighing, he completely reversed his stand and said that we can only exchange and they have no policy of buyback and giving cash. He started lying that we never mentioned to him about buying my earrings from Tanishq. I wonder how such a reputed company can employ such a liar. It was a terrible and disgusting experience for me and my sister. Never will we recommend this store for anyone.

This is the best Tanishq outlet in Bangalore, and it is best because of the people who are working here. Specially Pushpa mam. We have been coming here since past 3 years now and the kind of service, staff knowledge and behaviour I get, can not be compared with any other outlet of Tanishq. Thank you for the trust Pushpa mam helped us develop. Not only purchase but it’s the little things like keeping the human touch. thank you for helping us restore our old product and make it good as new and upto to current market trend with very minimal change in previous design

We visited this store recently for some light jewellery. Totally impressed with the exceptional service of the staff. Showing jewellery to customer needs a lot of patience. I think we were fortunate that Vidya was attending to us. We took time, had some exchanges too, there were multiple small items to be chosen. During all this Vidya remained extremely helpful and her smile never disappeared. Awesome service !! Thanks.
