Staff are generally friendly and helpful, and kids love the interactive with displayed. Walking into Hamleys feels less like entering a store and more like stepping into a wonderland. The moment we walked in, my child’s eyes lit up — not just at the toys, but at the atmosphere. Bright colors, cheerful staff, and playful displays made it feel like a celebration of childhood. One of the staff members took the time to show us a few toys, even letting my kid try them out before deciding. The customer service is really great. You doesn't need to go to the shop, a call is enough to purchase the toys. Wrapping of the gift is very nice. Thanks to Annie who supported me for purchasing and gift wrapping.
