It’s a great place to bring your kids once in a while, there are lots of good quality toys and games. The indoor game area is vast and has tons of rides, the staff takes safety very seriously.
The adults can also pick something from the wide variety of Nerf guns and other toys.
However, the price is on a little higher side, even for an hour they charge 400/- and the stuff toys are way too expensive than their quality.

Horrible experience at this store. But I suspect the entire brand in this country is extremely horrible because of the quality of the products they are selling under the reputable brand. We purchased a musical toy and they expected us to make payment before checking for the product’s condition. After they opened the package we immediately regretted purchasing it as it looked very cheap and had lots of dents and other random scratches and damages. The batteries weren’t staying in their slots and the product didn’t work. We asked to replace immediately and tested another piece. Same issue. Even worse. We got so upset and by now they checked for nearly 5 pieces of the product. Looks the packaging of all these were previously checked by other customers as it had cellophane tape on them. These people are scammers. Nothing in these stores have anything worth purchasing. Everything made in india and just branded as Mattel. They don’t refund as well and it was extremely difficult ordeal to get our money back. Literally arguing with their useless management. Never ever stepping foot in this store. I definitely feel ordering online from other brands that sell original imported products that are of high quality and worth the money you’re spending. This is extremely damaging to this reputed brand that is centuries old. Shame on them.

Cheap products sold at high price!!!
1. Searched for a alloy miniature car set from the display in there shop, when finalized after carefull observation we could see scratches/ damages in almost all the kept miniature alloy cars, finally picked a miniature alloy bike set, after billing when they opened it and showed to us it was made out of plastic, so I asked for cancelling the item and refunding but they told they cant cancel it, and to take any other product from the store which is of same value or lower, without any other choice I had to buy some product from them and also as I was in hurry I had picked a remote controlled car which was not worth for the money I paid.
2. The same day I had also purchased a Intex wet set collection swimming pool, after billing when I asked to show it they told we cant pack it if it removed from the box, and told its company checked and there wont be leakages, I trusted them and told ok.
As we were busy and had no time too use it, I had opened the pack after almost 11 Days, when opened got to see a crack in the sidewall of the pool. When asked about this with the bento toys person they told to send a photo of it, and later again when I called and asked they told to send bill, I also had bill copy and sent it to them, again called they and asked if replacement is possible but they told it wont be possible (and because it was mentioned in bill NO EXCHANGE NO RETURN NO GUARANTEE) . I also asked them if I can get the products helpline number, but they told they don’t have and they told its imported from China and they wont provide guarantee and told me to check by myself in internet or on the box of the product.
But the good thing was they suggested me to apply a patch and use the product.
: ) why should I pay huge amount for a product that’s sold broken? I could have bought a used/refurbished product if that was the case…
Pobably the reason for the crack in the sidewall was due to the fact that the product was manufactured in 2022 and is being sold now.
We had a very bad experience with Bento Toys,I kindly request others to avoid these type of shops who charge heavy and sell broken/factory defect proucst, instead try shops in Chickpet or other places who serve customers well.
