Great place for all your toy needs! It has a wide range of toys with great collection. I went there to buy hotwheels but was not happy with the collection they have,hence couldn’t get any. But I’ll go there later again for looking at the updated stock. They have everything starting from drones to huge sized rc cars to small ones, die cast replicas,stationaries,board games,legos and finally the upper floor Is full of nice and cute softtoys and baby essentials!

Been to other shops after seeing the aads in Instagram page found they are not Genuine as they say, even they don’t respond properly if you were in their shop.
But found this little shop loaded with lot of Models comparatively I found around difference in Rs 2.5k less I would say the real wholeseller in the Town. Special thanks Mr. Ravi who had even delivered to house who is very friendly. I would suggest people to visit here first instead of falling to Instagram trap.

I would highly recommend this place to buy any kind of jeep or cars for kids. I was impressed with their professionalism and product quality exceeded my expectations. Pricing is fair and transparent – definitely value for money.

RK Toys lots of collection customer support, handling delivery very good.

First thing we went very late to the shop he waited for us even though closing time was over.
Second thing there were lot of collections the prices were also less compared to other shops and got delivered though it around 12 30 in the night since we asked him.
I watched so many reels saying the prices are so less and they give gifts for that but after going there the things were different. Prices were too high and sizes were very small, not responding properly. But this was only shop where they followed what they posted on their insta page.

Highly recommend for purchasing here all products are very good and less price compared to other stores and genuinely good quality

I have been a regular customer from last year. As a retail business owner they provide the best rates for me. Customer service is also good. They let you check the product through video call or photos( for bulk order), they will also arrange the shipping ( will be charged for that).

Some of the salesman not good. They charged more then market price. I bought small car for my boy and they charged 2300 for this while u can get online rs 1900. One old uncle was the salesman and he didn’t charge proper price for all other items aswell. Very disappointed.

From Instagram I got to know about this place and planned to visit. I was amazed by the collection and price they have . Soft toys of all sizes, all kinds of toys , electric bikes, toys of all ages of kids are available. Even best for gifting purposes. Must visit this place.

Before purchasing they will invite like guest, if we have any issues with the items they will not allow us inside and speaks rudely….. On purchase day there staff will review 5 star instantly and pic for customer photo and rate….., No recommended shop at all….,

Very bad response and service also not good and the owner is speaking is also like he is fighting with us , I have puches for my shop in wholesale price ,the owner gave us estimate of low price after transfer amount , they change the prices and argument with us , and I got damage products also , they will not replace the products for example if chargers problem r motors we have to pay extra . I recommend to not purchase in wholesale with them I was cheated 2 times with them

Had one of the worst experiences buying in this toy store. It’s largely suffocating, so do not think of getting a demo. They claim to give 40% discount but in reality they only give 20%. While billing they share a different price, now including GST. Also he give Non- GST Bill. They literally cheated us by given left over Toys. Big cheater shop, kindly avoid!! Please dont visit. He gave us toys that were different from our order.

Absolutely disappointed with the behaviour at this toy shop. I just asked for the price of a toy, and the staff literally yelled at me. completely uncalled for and highly unprofessional. A simple inquiry does not deserve rude treatment.
Right next door, there’s another toy shop offering the same items at much cheaper rates, and their customer service is far better. I strongly recommend avoiding this place and choosing the nearby shop instead. They understand how to treat customers properly.

This store has good stuff, but the billing is a scam ,they say wholesale and don’t give a wholesale price and billing is always done in a rush ,they Don give customer time to process or understand the bill. I was charged double and when asked three times he confuses you and forces you to immediately pay and leave..I would never recommend this store to anyone.. if you please validate the prices at the billing.

Don’t trust blindly.
I purchased a tricycle for kid today from this shop. Initially, they quoted ₹1880 and did not give even a single rupee discount. At the time of payment, they suddenly added GST extra, which was not informed earlier.
While selling, they say *”this is the lowest price, fixed wholesale price”* and try to convince that we are getting the best deal. But in reality, it’s not transparent. Also, internet doesn’t work properly in that area, so we can’t check online prices. With great difficulty, I had to come outside to the road to make a UPI payment.

After reaching home, I searched online and found the same tricycle for **₹1410 only**.

Overall, I feel misled by their pricing strategy. Don’t trust blindly.

Prices are on higher side compared to Online and Chickpet prices
Situation in layout, Don’t expect this in market or main road.
It’s narrow street but enough parking space for 2 and 4 wheeler.
Again Prices are higher end as they increased the price by stick their own MRP and giving discount on it don’t expect much from this store however Online Prices are better than this.
Best part is variety of products available..

Cheap products sold at high price!!!
1. Searched for a alloy miniature car set from the display in there shop, when finalized after carefull observation we could see scratches/ damages in almost all the kept miniature alloy cars, finally picked a miniature alloy bike set, after billing when they opened it and showed to us it was made out of plastic, so I asked for cancelling the item and refunding but they told they cant cancel it, and to take any other product from the store which is of same value or lower, without any other choice I had to buy some product from them and also as I was in hurry I had picked a remote controlled car which was not worth for the money I paid.
2. The same day I had also purchased a Intex wet set collection swimming pool, after billing when I asked to show it they told we cant pack it if it removed from the box, and told its company checked and there wont be leakages, I trusted them and told ok.
As we were busy and had no time too use it, I had opened the pack after almost 11 Days, when opened got to see a crack in the sidewall of the pool. When asked about this with the bento toys person they told to send a photo of it, and later again when I called and asked they told to send bill, I also had bill copy and sent it to them, again called they and asked if replacement is possible but they told it wont be possible (and because it was mentioned in bill NO EXCHANGE NO RETURN NO GUARANTEE) . I also asked them if I can get the products helpline number, but they told they don’t have and they told its imported from China and they wont provide guarantee and told me to check by myself in internet or on the box of the product.
But the good thing was they suggested me to apply a patch and use the product.
: ) why should I pay huge amount for a product that’s sold broken? I could have bought a used/refurbished product if that was the case…
Pobably the reason for the crack in the sidewall was due to the fact that the product was manufactured in 2022 and is being sold now.
We had a very bad experience with Bento Toys,I kindly request others to avoid these type of shops who charge heavy and sell broken/factory defect proucst, instead try shops in Chickpet or other places who serve customers well.

I went to the shop today and fell in love with it. This is heaven for children. Lot of toys to select from.

Best toy car/bike shop in town!
The quality of battery operated toy bike we purchased is excellent. It was really hard to stop myself from buying more bikes as everything you see there looked amazing. The build quality and the battery performance is incredible… The prices are reasonable and more than anything the happiness and excitement this gave to my son is priceless.
