Hamleys- The finest toy shop in the world

Had a great experience at Hamleys in Vega City Mall! The store is vibrant, well-organized, and packed with a wide variety of toys for all age groups. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure the kids had a fun time exploring. Loved the interactive zones and the overall playful vibe of the place. Definitely a go-to spot for quality toys and a fun outing with children. Keep up the great work!

It's a great place to bring your kids once in a while, there are lots of good quality toys and games. The indoor game area is vast and has tons of rides, the staff takes safety very seriously. The adults can also pick something from the wide variety of Nerf guns and other toys. However, the price is on a little higher side, even for an hour they charge 400/- and the stuff toys are way too expensive than their quality.

Such a fun and colorful shop! They have a great selection of toys, books, clothes, and creative gifts for kids of all ages. The staff is super friendly and always happy to help you find something special. My kids didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend for birthdays, holiday gifts, or just a fun surprise.

Horrible experience at this store. But I suspect the entire brand in this country is extremely horrible because of the quality of the products they are selling under the reputable brand. We purchased a musical toy and they expected us to make payment before checking for the product’s condition. After they opened the package we immediately regretted purchasing it as it looked very cheap and had lots of dents and other random scratches and damages. The batteries weren’t staying in their slots and the product didn’t work. We asked to replace immediately and tested another piece. Same issue. Even worse. We got so upset and by now they checked for nearly 5 pieces of the product. Looks the packaging of all these were previously checked by other customers as it had cellophane tape on them. These people are scammers. Nothing in these stores have anything worth purchasing. Everything made in india and just branded as Mattel. They don’t refund as well and it was extremely difficult ordeal to get our money back. Literally arguing with their useless management. Never ever stepping foot in this store. I definitely feel ordering online from other brands that sell original imported products that are of high quality and worth the money you’re spending. This is extremely damaging to this reputed brand that is centuries old. Shame on them.

A magical place for kids and adults alike!" Hamleys in Vega City is an absolute wonderland. The moment we stepped in, it felt like a mini amusement park for kids. Bright colors, friendly staff, and toys everywhere — we ended up staying for over an hour!

Five stars for the play area. Nice that they let parents enter the rides as well. Well maintained and safe. 30 mins free with swiggy one is available. Don't forget to bring socks else you'll have to buy
