Before purchasing they will invite like guest, if we have any issues with the items they will not allow us inside and speaks rudely..... On purchase day there staff will review 5 star instantly and pic for customer photo and rate....., No recommended shop at all....,

Very bad response and service also not good and the owner is speaking is also like he is fighting with us , I have puches for my shop in wholesale price ,the owner gave us estimate of low price after transfer amount , they change the prices and argument with us , and I got damage products also , they will not replace the products for example if chargers problem r motors we have to pay extra . I recommend to not purchase in wholesale with them I was cheated 2 times with them

Had one of the worst experiences buying in this toy store. It's largely suffocating, so do not think of getting a demo. They claim to give 40% discount but in reality they only give 20%. While billing they share a different price, now including GST. Also he give Non- GST Bill. They literally cheated us by given left over Toys. Big cheater shop, kindly avoid!! Please dont visit. He gave us toys that were different from our order. Literally the worst toy store ever!!! Avoid visiting this shop!!!

Absolutely disappointed with the behaviour at this toy shop. I just asked for the price of a toy, and the staff literally yelled at me. completely uncalled for and highly unprofessional. A simple inquiry does not deserve rude treatment. Right next door, there’s another toy shop offering the same items at much cheaper rates, and their customer service is far better. I strongly recommend avoiding this place and choosing the nearby shop instead. They understand how to treat customers properly.

This store has good stuff, but the billing is a scam ,they say wholesale and don't give a wholesale price and billing is always done in a rush ,they Don give customer time to process or understand the bill. I was charged double and when asked three times he confuses you and forces you to immediately pay and leave..I would never recommend this store to anyone.. if you please validate the prices at the billing.

Don’t trust blindly. I purchased a tricycle for kid today from this shop. Initially, they quoted ₹1880 and did not give even a single rupee discount. At the time of payment, they suddenly added GST extra, which was not informed earlier. While selling, they say *"this is the lowest price, fixed wholesale price"* and try to convince that we are getting the best deal. But in reality, it’s not transparent. Also, internet doesn’t work properly in that area, so we can’t check online prices. With great difficulty, I had to come outside to the road to make a UPI payment. After reaching home, I searched online and found the same tricycle for **₹1410 only**. Overall, I feel misled by their pricing strategy. Don’t trust blindly.
