I have been coming to this gym for more than 3 years now, gym staff and trainers are very helpful. I took personal training also and got good results with the trainer. Siva was my trainer and he helped me alot to gain muscle and strength as well. Best experience so far.

I’ve been going to this gym for 3 months after checking out all nearby options. I chose it mainly for its spacious setup—no waiting for equipment or space to do abs, and even if it’s crowded, you can still work out comfortably. The staff explains everything clearly during inquiries, with or without a personal trainer.My trainer, Risad Sir, plans workouts and diets based on your body type and goals. He trains males and females differently, which is very important. He also keeps track of your medical conditions and trains you accordingly with care. Highly recommended for anyone serious about their fitness journey!
