Thanks a ton for everyone recently Turbt+Cystoscopy+Ebus+Branchioscopy was done successfully hoping for the same treatment in the future too. Special thanks Dr.Sangamesh Urology department for exceptional effort to connect and communicate with all the patients and great guidance due to which patient coming from long distances don't suffer. We would like to give a heartfelt thank you to all the staff at HCG who gave us excellent service when my niece travelled from Zimbabwe for chemotherapy. We feel very blessed to have met everyone who was involved in her care, they really become a second family to us. From the initial referral, Miss Chaitra handled it with much professionalism and our case was accepted very quickly. Fara and Bhavana from the international team were our guiding hand throughout the visa application process to us arriving in India. Nothing was ever too much. The medical team were just exceptional, Dr Interzar, Dr Suma and Dr Smita. Investigations and treatment plans were discussed with us, they were very open and transparent about the whole process, managing expectations and putting my niece’s wellbeing at the centre of everything. We truly appreciated the love and care they showed towards my niece, it was more than what duty calls. Once treatment started the international team again guided us through all the processes. Special mention to Satish who really went above and beyond and assisted us with everything from appointment times, finances and sometimes even ordering us Ubers. All the porters were also great, Mr Patabi to mention a few. There was such warmth from everyone. The inpatient and outpatient nurses were very prompt with administering medications once they received them. There could however be some improvement in the internal logistics of medications as they were delayed at times. International bank payments could also be handled promptly as there was an issue with flow of cash within HCG’s internal finance team. We are forever grateful to HCG and their amazing staff!
