Excellent hospital The doctors and nurses provide round the clock care. Great facilities very good patient care. The level of patient care the nurses and doctors provided to patients are really good.All hospital staff are too understanding in nature.My dad suffering from adenocarcinoma was admitted for chemotherapy. The room provided to us was very neat and clean. Very comfortable and staff were very professional. Food was also surprisingly tasty from patients point of view. They also kept on asking many a times whether we were comfortable or not. Thank you HCG family ♥️

We had a very positive experience at HCG. Dr.Sashikala has been incredibly knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me and my mom in the way we could understand. She has shown great empathy and compassion which made a big difference during this stressful time for us. The staff at reception ( Mr. Manjunath) takes care of the patients excellently with utmost gentle way. He is very polite and kind to all the patients approaching him. We experienced efficient services. The hospital atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable.

My mother was an in-patient here for 2+ weeks. The care and attention along with medical support we received was exceptional. This will not look or feel like one of those new hospitals but the kind of services and hospitality one will receive here is such that you will not need anything else. Dr. Gopinath and his team have provided unparalleled treatment. The nursing staff under head Nurse Sudha were always available whether day or night. Glad to see such kindness and personal touch in today’s world where everything is run like a business.

Treatment received was good, our consultant Dr Sathish C.T. really helped us in this treatment. Explained was very well about condition and treatment. Duty doctors were helpful. Nurses (Indira and Vinoda) took care of us. Patient coordinator Dina helped us by looking after the concernes and issues properly with utmost care. Reception people also welcomed us with happy face. Billing experience also good. Overall, hospital experience was excellent

I've had an amazing experience at HCG Hospital, Double Road, Bangalore! The whole team, from doctors to the entire HCGDR Team, has been super supportive and cooperative. Had bad experience with HCG hospital especially HEAD AND NECK TEAM. Post service after operation is the worst and hygiene is not maintained in accordance to the charges they made. They give lot hopes before operation. Later in between the operation main surgeon of head and neck team says we were not suppose to touch the area for operation. Later the vascular surgeon comes out and tell the main vein which was carrying blood to brain was touched during the operation there is a chance of stroke. Finally we lost our mother in fifteen days from operation. On that day early morning when we took our mother to hospital for check up. There was no proper response from team which operated. The other staffs were forcing us to take the body immediately home and they were not ready to give death certificate at that point of time.

The hospital is very well managed staring from security tilll discharge. Everything is well organized. Doctors and nursing staff are so kind enough so that you will feel comfortable and safe in their treatment. Robastic insurance clearance. Hygienic food at affordable price at canteen Rooms are neat and tidy.
