I was here for scanning. The staff is extremely friendly. Dr. Anil is wonderful. He makes the patient feel comfortable and relaxed before any thing. All in all a good experience.

I had a very good experience at this diagnostic centre! The doctor and staff were exceptionally caring and attentive, especially when I experienced bleeding during the TVS and ultrasound scan. The doctor was patient, thorough, and took the time to answer all my questions. The hygiene and cleanliness is good too. Very professional service provided by Lotus Diagnostic. The clinic is also very clean and the receptionist was also very kind and helpful in explaining all the details even though she was burdened with a lot work. Doctor was very friendly and cooperative. I did a USG Abdomen and pelvis.

Waiting period for scan is too long and for some reason they send someone that was not in line or waiting place. When we ask they staff they just shut us down. Use to be a good diagnostic center. The quality service is not seen anymore

Dr Rekha the doctor at the ultrasound clinic has a fantastic bedside manner. She puts you at ease immediately and take you through the process which is so important. The staff at the clinic are extremely helpful as well

I was there for scan just for half an hour I guess i really felt happy choosing Lotus the staff wer very kind & gentle!! I called before reaching scanning centre coz my doctor suggested lotus!! Shanti sister was very kind to guide & Dr Kirti also was soft spoken. My scan was very quick thanks to all staff premamma naina they all well trained to handle patient ❣️
