Unprofessional Service at SILVERLINE DIAGNOSTICS I frequently post review to help others with my personal experiences. Unfortunately this is my 1st negative review/ experience till date. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Silverline Diagnostics. I visited them on June 1st, 2025 for an MRI scan that my mom was asked to do, but was tricked into undergoing a CT scan as well without my clear consent. The staff seemed more interested in generating extra revenue than providing transparent and honest care. The MRI scan itself was fine, but the additional CT scan was not explained properly, and I was not prepared for it. They said it was *'Complimentary'* with no charges. Today I received the MRI report but found nothing about the CT scan that was conducted. They seem to either not know the meaning of the word complimentary or they are fully aware of what they are putting the patient through while risking their health for the diagnostic centers personal benifit and monetary gain. Had they mentioned the CT is for *only them* and no report/record would be shared with the patient I would not have put my mother through harmful high radiation without a doctor requiring it. I'm still concerned about the unnecessary radiation exposure they put my 65 year old mother through. I urge all you readers to be aware of this and prevent yourselfs and loved ones from falling into this false advertised CT scan, unless prescribed by your medical practitioner. Stay safe . Stay alert and say no to unnecessary procedures that don't benifit you. Advice: Be cautious and ensure you understand the procedures and costs before undergoing any tests. Verify the tests prescribed and ask questions if you're unsure. Recommendation: Others may want to consider alternative diagnostic centers with better transparency and patient care.

On the 21st of June we came to the clinic to get an X-ray. The team at your clinic suggested us to meet Dr Chetan John Rasqina, we went to him and showed the X ray. There's was no fracture or dislocation as we also shared the details to our family doctor. Dr Chetan didn't even see the x-ray and soon gave us a fear that my husband will never be able to walk again and the damage is very bad and asked him to put a cast, we agreed got the material and did such a shoddy job of putting the cast. Hello didn't shape it properly and after a day my husband was having discomfort to stand or even walk. He kept telling me that he felt as though his skin was ripping inside the cast. Finally we came to the doctor on 29th to remove the cast. He was so rude and got something like a steel cutter to cut the cast. We got terrified and he didn't even acknowledge about the injuries that the cast had caused and told that ankle will take another 3 weeks to heel. I'm really sorry disappointed that the doctor was so unprofessional and found us to be his scap goat to make his bucks. I'm attaching the photos to see the damages this doctor has caused us and the mental torture we have gone through. I'm going to the media and the health department with this issue.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Silver Line Diagnostics. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and professional environment. I had a wonderful experience at Silver Line. I visited for a General checkup , and the process was seamless. The staff was incredibly professional, explaining each step of the process. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. My reports were ready within the promised time frame, and the results were clear and easy to understand. I was particularly impressed by the technician who made me feel comfortable during my tests. Highly recommend this center for anyone looking for top-notch diagnostic services!"

I visited Silverline Diagnostic Center (HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar) for two days yesterday and today, and the experience was terrible. The service is very bad. The staff don’t seem to know their work properly, and they don’t try to understand what the patients are going through. They also have no empathy for the patients. Because of their incompetency, we were made to keep running between floors again and again, like playing some scavenger hunt. The staff were mostly busy chatting with each other instead of helping patients. Even after visiting for two days, I couldn’t get just three simple tests done. This place seriously needs better management and staff who actually care about patients. I would not recommend this center to anyone. However I understand the experience differs from individual to individual..You can certainly visit this centre if you like to wait for a whole day for simple tests or like getting lost on different floors with no guidance or happy with unwelcoming gestures by staff or enjoy watching their staff chatting themselves for long.
