I’ve had a wonderful experience with this service! I’ve reached out multiple times for caretakers for both my mom and dad, and each time they arranged someone promptly and efficiently. The quality of care has been excellent, and it’s been a huge relief to have such dependable support. A special thanks to Dhanalakshmi, who has been my main point of contact—she’s incredibly kind, always picks up the phone, and responds quickly to any needs or concerns. Her professionalism and compassion make a real difference.

Helpee Elder Care has provided us very prompt and efficient service for almost 2 months now. We have been coordinating with Asha who spent time trying to understand my father’s specific requirements. Roni Das from the team has been our regular for grooming, blood pressure and diabetes monitoring and basic mobility assistance. He is very patient, kind and hardworking. We really appreciate his services. Helpee has been a great support and we highly recommend it to all who need in-house assistance.

I got to know about helpee Eldercare through Google search, I had contacted Miss Ranjitha for elderly care for my father, she was very helpful and kind to provide the care taker on time. Caretaker who had attended my father was sagar, aravind and basavalingappa. All of them were well experienced in providing a good quality service. I stay alway from my parents but the staffs were very friendly and taken a good care of my father and would provide updates regarding my father's health. Thanks to the helpee eldercare team. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Helpee. The company made several assurances regarding the qualifications of their nursing staff and the quality of care that would be provided. Unfortunately, once services commenced, it became clear that these promises were not honored. We initially paid a registration fee of ₹2,500, during which Helpee assured us that a qualified nurse would be assigned to our case. However, when the individual arrived on the first day, it was evident she was not a trained nurse but rather an attender with no ability to administer medication or even perform a basic blood sugar test. Through our conversation with her, we learned that Helpee had contacted her only that morning and provided no information about the patient she was to care for. When we immediately informed Helpee that we did not wish to proceed with someone so unqualified, they insisted on charging us for the day and reiterated that the registration fee was non-refundable. While we chose to forgo the registration fee, we refused to pay for the day’s service, as no care had been rendered. The attender had arrived at around 1:00 PM, and by 1:30 PM, it was apparent to both parties that Helpee had misled us. We reconfirmed our stance with Helpee around 4:00 PM, and they eventually instructed the attender to leave. To our dismay, we also discovered that she had used her own personal funds to travel to our residence. I feel deeply misled and taken advantage of at a time when my family was already vulnerable. I strongly urge others to exercise caution and thoroughly vet this home care service provider before committing to their services. What is promised may not be what is delivered.
