The physiotherapist - Prabhu, from Care on Call is brilliant. He was polite and patient, yet continuously pushing my grandparents to do more and better than before .
He kept asking at intervals if they were okay.
He knew their strengths and weaknesses and made them do exercises that helped them. He was professional and made them both feel they could depend on him.
I would encourage them to do this 4 to 5 times a week for such high-quality services at affordable prices.

I’ve used Care on Call several times over the years and have always had a great experience. Their service is prompt, professional, and incredibly convenient—having qualified doctors come home takes a huge load off during times of illness. The doctors are knowledgeable, and take the time to truly listen and help. The booking process is smooth, and the team is always responsive and dependable. I’ve recommended Care on Call to friends and family, and it continues to be a service I trust and value!

I have used them twice. The first time my experience was quite good. The second time I had a good experience with the doctor but not really with the nursing staff. It seemed like he was not experienced. I raised a complaint and it was addressed to after a week. They took the feedback and positively and offered me some discounted health tests. I felt better post my conversation with them. I will be using them again in case of emergencies but I will definitely make sure in advance that the nursing staff is experienced enough to handle injections.

We have been with Care on Call since about four years or more. They are looking after my mother who is 99 years old.
This apart they also send a doctor whenever there is a need.
All in all, we are very satisfied.

Dr. Girish B M sir is highly knowledgeable doctor committed to this noble profession, who genuinely cares about his patients. He patiently listened to all the doubts and his explanation helped alleviate my concerns.
I want to thank to the team of Care on call who have been extremely efficient with scheduling and coordinating the appointment. They were prompt in their response and always responded with right information thus help in easing out all the apprehensions of using their platform.

We are very satisfied with the services provided. Very thorough , kind, flexible, patient and punctual. Nursing supervisor Jobish also gave us many tips on how to look after our 99 year old mother. The other nurses who come once a week are very good and keep a weekly chart. We are very grateful.
