Urban Ladder – Furniture and Decor Store in JP Nagar & Kanakapura

I am modifying my rating for the store now. I placed order for mattress in November 2024. It took 20 days for delivery and we found out that it was wrong delivery. It took next 20 days struggling for return. It was very disappointing. Again, after assurances from store manager, I placed second order on 20th Dec. after long wait of another 25 + days, they cancelled the order. They initiated the refund for the previous mattress instead of internal adjustment along with the balance payment paid. I never faced such an irresponsible behaviour. Finally, I got my refund after multiple visits to the store. Urban ladder has a huge back end coordination with store and customers, unable to provide clinical support and service. Need a change!

With a few purchases already made in the past Urbanladder is a great choice for furniture. This time went for dining set to go our interiors and we couldn't find something similar anywhere else. Had purchased a swing and other furniture in the past and experience with those nad been wonderful so far. Talking about the in store experience, it was great as well with a polite and welcoming nature of the staff, and some great options in store experience.

Pretty amazed with showroom. Presentation is great, lot of options to choose from, staff were great in explaining and walking us through. Some of the furniture sets on display were perfect combinations. Prices seemed little high but there is always some offers going on.

We are regular customers at urban ladder but today were very disappointed. We brought a table worth 1500 and had to pay additional 500 rs delivery charges this is 25 percent of the product value. This is our last purchase at urban ladder.

Great furniture but no timely delivery nor customer service. I had ordered a dining with assurance of 3 day delivery. Now neither is the store contacting nor the person abhishek who called several times until sale was done nor customer care, even after complaint. Only thing that matters is sale should be done. I still don't know why order is coming after a month.

It is horrible experience. They are not delivering on same date what they are mentioning. Even you try to call their store sales guy they won’t pick up your phone call & won’t give you update. I ordered one sofa on June 2 till now there is no update from their end when it is going to deliver. When I tried to call Abhinav (sales guy), he isn’t picking my call & not giving any update. Urban Ladder is a Lier Lier Lier…. They are lying on delivery date. They are delaying delivery of the product sweetly by saying will deliver by 1-2 days. I have never seen a big Lier company like Urban Ladder. They don’t care about Customer emotion & money. Don’t buy any product from Urban Ladder, you will be facing hell lots of issue. Indirectly they will harass you.

Avoid Urban Ladder and this store specifically! Special call out to their staff who don't care about customers. I was dealing with Fahim, who doesn’t pick up the phone. Read on for details.** I ordered a Sienna curved sofa on June 23, with a delivery date of July 20. I was hesitant to buy the sofa due to the long waiting time, but the store representative assured me that the maximum time was listed because of stock issues and that the sofa would be delivered within three weeks. Trusting his advice, I made the purchase, thinking the worst-case scenario would be delivery on July 20. On July 20, there was no update or delivery. When I called customer care, they informed me that the product was in Mumbai and would be delivered by July 24. I explained the situation and the long wait, expressing that additional delays were unacceptable. They promised delivery by July 24. However, July 24 came and went without delivery. I contacted customer care again, and they said it would now arrive by July 29. Today, on July 27, I am writing this review with no confidence that the product will be delivered by July 29. The store is to blame because they convinced me to buy despite the long waiting time, claiming it would arrive sooner. I understand that delays happen, but the seller should inform the customer. I chose to buy from the store rather than their website, thinking I could reach out to the store for any issues. However, the store has been unhelpful. Fahim, the representative, has not picked up or returned my calls. So, avoid this store at all costs. Consider shopping elsewhere. This is the green sofa I ordered, which has yet to be deliver.
