Yesterday, I got to visit this branch, especially I had gone here Diknson Road ( Yellappa Garden) from Electronics City despite having multiple branches around, considering good designs and customer service. The lady/guy who were attending us were humble and were showing based on our interests. However when the final billing time came their Manager name called " Sunil" he came, such a rude behaviour and mannerless that guy is first of all he should not be customer facing since he dont have manners to speak to customer, such a bad behaviour & attitue this guy has, he should not be first of all in this store. Bhima management, please make sure that this guy is sacked !!!! SIC!!!. i was thinking of continuing my plan for the coming few years but due to the so-called guy "Sunil," i will never step in that branch..
