Decent collections of good-quality clothes. Not every staff member is friendly or interested in serving, and it's clearly visible. This makes the experience a little less enjoyable. However, a special shout-out to Chandrashaker and the sir handling Celio. Both showed exceptional customer service.

We had been for shopping to this place. Excellent dress choices very strongly recommend. Kingkar Saha was the salesman who helped us exceptionally good and very polite gentleman. The 3 stars l have given is only because of this man and dress choices. I gave only 3 since the billing section is horrible.I was standing in queue and l was called towards exchange section by the billing employee. It was a very long wait and when l questioned him he was unable to give a valid explanation and not even courteous to apologize. Kingkar even though being a salesman voluntarily came to billing and helped me in this too.

During my visit, I noticed an offer displayed in the store. Before proceeding with my purchase, I specifically confirmed with an employee during the trial that the dress I selected was included in the offer. The employee assured me that it was. However, at the time of billing, the offer was not applied, and the staff informed me that the dress was not part of the promotion.
This entire process wasted over two hours of my time, and despite my concerns, there was no proper response from the manager or the employees. Their unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability made the experience even more frustrating.

Very good collection of dress.... Be it western or ethnic... You have all collections... Quality of clothes is also very good... Large variety of clothes collections available... Latest trendy clothes available for men women and children... Cosmetics, Shoes also is available here.. Not a place for people who are looking for heavy discounts.... Best for people who are looking for trendy clothes....

I bought a shoe around 1200 four months back now there are already torn out in bottom not worth the price. Worst don't go for looks while buying shoes just shop looks luxury not the things we buy in it

After billing they were telling that not doing alternation. Not talking correctly with customer.
