The facility is well-equipped, quite large and clean, and has a motivating atmosphere. Am training under Deva who is very professional and having incredible knowledge. He understands our requirement- plan the training sessions, diet etc accordingly. He always creates personalised routine that challenges me and ensure to motivates me towards my success journey. Moreover, Deva is always accessible and quite helpful. I highly recommend him as a fitness coach.

I started my PT in Invictus a few months ago and currently getting trained under Nijil. He is very knowledgeable in functional, strength and cross training.The workout plan made for me is very effective and I am feeling the improvement in strength. Sessions are very focused as well as intense which is mix of both strength and cardio.Nijil is very dedicated while training for that allotted PT Time.The gym is also very spacious and good.

I enjoy working out at Invictus, as it’s a very Professionally run Gym 2) large facility with good quality equipments 3) experienced and committed trainers 4) trainers take time and effort to explain the science behind the art 5) focus on overall fitness vs just developing certain body parts 6) High focus on form and not just reps My personal trainer is Jumbo. He is extremely committed and knowledgeable. What I like about him is his knowledge of how variations can engage different muscles. He also prioritizes warm up, every time before the workout, there is 15 mins of warm up, that helps to avoid any injuries. I’d highly recommend this Gym.
