They have a vet on premises so you can get your pets for all basic check-ups and treatments (including neutering and spaying) here. They offer delivery services as well for pet supplies. Disappointed by Lack of Care and Professionalism I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Pawfect. Despite repeatedly trying to schedule an appointment for my pet, I was either ignored or told that no slots were available as told by Ranjith(the owner). It felt like they were more interested in maximizing profits than genuinely caring for the well-being of the animals. Though I told him that my pet is scheduled for surgery, I need to get him cleaned before that. When I finally managed to get an appointment for next day, the service was rushed, and the Ranjith seemed indifferent to my concerns. Instead of prioritizing the health of my pet, he seemed very careless and told me that I needed to wait for the later part of the second half in the day. As a responsible pet owner, I expect a clinic to show compassion and dedication to animals, not treat them as a business opportunity. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in a profession that’s supposed to be about caring for pets. I have also seen my neighbour pet went through hell on his eyes (latest review) which is ridiculous. When you charge so heavily for the pets enchasing their emotion & care for their kids, you also need to own the responsibility of care for pets that you charge. Pet owners trust grooming clinics with their beloved animals, and that trust should never be taken lightly. I will not be returning to Pawfect ever again and would not recommend it to anyone who values the well-being of their furry companions.
