He informed us about different facts and truly made our trip amazing. His driving skills were also very good. We recently took a three-day trip to Hampi with Arjun Travels, and our driver Raghu made the experience truly memorable. From the very first impression, we were delighted with the well-maintained Toyota Crysta provided – neatly arranged with white covers, red carpet, chocolates, cookies, water bottles, and tissues. The car was spotless, fresh-smelling, and extremely comfortable throughout the journey. More than the car, what really stood out was Raghu’s professionalism. We got a really great service from our driver Ramu. He was always punctual, ready to take us to different places and himself suggested a couple of photogenic places as well. The car - Innova Crysta KA04AK5496 was really well kept, clean and maintained in top condition which made our journey pleasurable. Ramu himself was always ready on time for any trip, that we told him; in the last 10 days. His driving skills are excellent, he never over speeded and always drove very safely on all days. We had a great trip from Bengaluru to Ooty recently. Our driver Gajendra Kumar was very polite and cooperative. Driving for 12 hours is not easy but he did without any issues or complaints. He was also multilingual with sufficient vocabulary in English, Kannada, Tamil and Hindi. The entire cost of the trip was reasonable and the agency has done a great job in ensuring that we had all the passes/documents to go to Ooty. In all the travel agency with its owner, staff and driver is one of the best in Bengaluru.
