I had a great experience booking and travelling through Tejas Tours and Travels. We had a batch trip to Pondicherry for which we booked their 50-seater bus. It was very comfortable and clean. The booking was effortless through WhatsApp. The ma’am at the other end of the chat was very humble and helpful. I loved her service.

Very poor experience with this service. Recently, we booked a bus with 40+ seats. Initially, we were informed of a one-hour delay, but after that there was no response from either the driver or the manager. When we requested the location, we found the bus was 70 km away from the pickup point. After that, both the driver and manager switched off their phones, leaving us with no updates.

We had to wait for almost 4 hours, only to later find out that the bus was cancelled. This is completely unacceptable. Delays in Bangalore traffic can be understood, but at the very least, a responsible person should update customers properly and answer calls. This level of service makes it impossible to trust the company.

Bus is very comfortable. DRIVER is too good , decent and very cooperative. DRIVING is very neat and professional

Me and my family do not recommend Sandesh Tours and Travels. The Force Tempo Traveller KA-54-5071 given by them was in very pathetic condition. The seat covers were torn off. The window panels wear broken. The floor and windows were very dirty. The curtains were filthy. I have uploaded photos of the same vehicle. Also, there was lot of rattling sound inside the vehicle which was very disturbing to everyone.

The vehicle was not at all like the photos shared by them during booking and photos posted on their website.

We had booked a Tempo Traveller for 3 day family trip on 11-Aug-2019 from Bangalore to Chikmangaluru. The booking was done about 2 weeks in advance. During booking we had specifically told him to give a comfortable vehicle in very good condition because we had 4 senior citizen guest traveling with us. He assured that all his vehicles are of luxury quality and he also shared some good photos of the vehicle on WhatsApp. So, we were impressed by the photo and we confirmed the booking by paying token amount.

On the day of trip, early morning at 5:30 AM, when the tempo traveller arrived for pickup, we were shocked to see that the condition of the vehicle was very poor and pathetic.

We called the owner to tell about the vehicle condition. He was very insensitive to our concerns. We tried to reason with him and reminded him about what we spoke at the time of booking. He had said that all his vehicle are in good condition, neat and clean. If he had assured to send a comfortable vehicle, then it is so unprofessional to send such a pathetic vehicle. He replied to us by saying, “Don’t teach me how to run travel business. This is the only vehicle available now because of rains. There is no where written that you will get same vehicle as shown in photos”

We told him that we are not expecting same vehicle but at least the quality of vechile must good, which you are promising to customer because we are paying for the good quality of service.

He was not ready listen any further.

So, me and my family will not recommend Sandesh Tours and Travels for following reasons.

1. The vehicle given by them was in very pathetic condition because of which we had an unpleasant journey from Bangalore to Chikmangaluru.

2. We paid high amount and in return the quality of actual vehicle given to us was not even close to what they talked on phone, what photos they showed to us during booking and what they have put on their website.

3. They did not even care about customers feelings while talking to them and do not consider that the basic condition of the vehicle must be good, so that, customers can have comfortable trip.

Hi , I booked a 4days and 3nights tour package (Mysore – ooty – coonoor) from Sandesh Tours and Travels. This package included everything car with a with a driver who knows these places very well , hotels and lodging in those places and other taxes and fares. This trip was a very nice trip our driver is polite and humble and he showed all well known places of Mysore,ooty and coonoor and we visited all those places and we enjoyed a lot. So, I suggest if someone planning for any trip please contact once Sandesh Tours and Travels once because this people is doing a great a job, affordable price for tour packages, no payment problems are at all. People are very nice if you have any problem during trip you can contact them , definitely they will solve. We had a wonderful 11-day Kerala trip arranged by GT, covering Kochi, Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey houseboat, Varkala, Kovalam, and Trivandrum. We just returned from the most incredible Sri Lanka trip, all thanks to GT Holidays! From the moment we landed to the very last day, everything was perfectly organized and seamless. Here are some highlights that made this trip so special:

Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage was such a heartwarming experience. Watching the elephants bathe and play in the river was magical.

The iconic Nine Arch Bridge in Ella took our breath away! Saran made sure we arrived just in time to see the train cross over the stunning arches, surrounded by lush greenery. He guided us to the best viewpoint for unforgettable photos.

We also visited a peaceful Buddha Temple where we felt completely serene. The spiritual ambiance, intricate carvings, and the tour guide’s insightful explanations helped us appreciate the cultural depth of the site.

In Nuwara Eliya, the Gregory Lake boat ride was pure bliss. The Drizzly breeze, calm waters, and mountain views made it a perfect moment of relaxation.

The adventurous Madhu River boat ride was another highlight. Cruising through mangroves, spotting wildlife, and visiting tiny islands was like stepping into a nature documentary. Our Tour guide kept us engaged with fun facts and made sure we were comfortable throughout.

The package for our Thailand trip was budget friendly. All the places were covered on time and we enjoyed a lot, whole journey was accomplished by a AC bus for travelling within the places. The rooms and amenities in the hotels booked were too good and had all the necessary facilities like AC, 24/7 hot water and well furnished beds. We got a really great service from our driver Ramu. He was always punctual, ready to take us to different places and himself suggested a couple of photogenic places as well. The car – Innova Crysta KA04AK5496 was really well kept, clean and maintained in top condition which made our journey pleasurable. Ramu himself was always ready on time for any trip, that we told him; in the last 10 days. His driving skills are excellent, he never over speeded and always drove very safely on all days. We had a great trip from Bengaluru to Ooty recently. Our driver Gajendra Kumar was very polite and cooperative. Driving for 12 hours is not easy but he did without any issues or complaints. He was also multilingual with sufficient vocabulary in English, Kannada, Tamil and Hindi. The entire cost of the trip was reasonable and the agency has done a great job in ensuring that we had all the passes/documents to go to Ooty. In all the travel agency with its owner, staff and driver is one of the best in Bengaluru.
