We got a really great service from our driver Ramu. He was always punctual, ready to take us to different places and himself suggested a couple of photogenic places as well. The car - Innova Crysta KA04AK5496 was really well kept, clean and maintained in top condition which made our journey pleasurable. Ramu himself was always ready on time for any trip, that we told him; in the last 10 days. His driving skills are excellent, he never over speeded and always drove very safely on all days. Thanks to driver Ramu from Bangalore and Arjun travels for providing a hassle free experience in the last 10 days. Do ask for Ramu’s services if you are booking a cab through Arjun travels.

The car arrived on time, was clean and well-maintained, and our chauffeur, Mr. Ramu, was outstanding. We had a great trip from Bengaluru to Ooty recently. Our driver Gajendra Kumar was very polite and cooperative. Driving for 12 hours is not easy but he did without any issues or complaints. He was also multilingual with sufficient vocabulary in English, Kannada, Tamil and Hindi. The entire cost of the trip was reasonable and the agency has done a great job in ensuring that we had all the passes/documents to go to Ooty. In all the travel agency with its owner, staff and driver is one of the best in Bengaluru.

We had booked a car and driver rental from Arjun tours through our hotel for 4 days.
The driver Mr Ramu was excellent. Very professional and an excellent safe driver.
He was very punctual and had a very clean and brand new car. He provided us with water and snacks were available if needed.
I would highly recommend this driver and company without any hesitation.

The agency took care of organizing us a splendid tour in the Karnataka region. Really everything was perfect from the welcome on the first day to the end. Our driver Jagadisha was fantastic and helped us at all times, also recommending some very nice places for lunches and some dinners not included in the tour. Definitely recommended, we will be back in India for another tour soon!!! Thanks so much for everything!
